CHAPTER 27

The past 3 weeks since Louis left have gone really slow. Of course my normal routine of visiting the lads’ complex didn’t happen anymore. It’s been incredibly lonely since Louis had left and having the other boys gone too weren’t helping either, although Louis and I called and texted basically everyday it was still different. It was a good thing work had kept me very busy  and whenever I had the free time, Ally and I would make it a point to bake with Dani or go shopping.

But tomorrow, tomorrow would be different. Louis’ mum and sisters would be coming over for a few days from Doncaster. Louis had told me loads of story about his mum and sisters that I just had to invite them over the house for dinner. Jay and I had been texting each other and she was sweet enough to take my offer for dinner at home tomorrow. This made me excited and nervous at the same time! It’s going to be my first time meeting them and Louis won’t even be here! but I knew I just couldn’t ignore their visit so I went through with the invitation anyway.

*Dialling phone*

“Hey babe!” Louis husky voice sounded

“Hey Lou. What time is it over there in Chicago?”

“errr… around 8:40?”

“Oh my god. Did I wake you up? I’m so sorry, you should really rest, I’ll call you la----“ I panicked

“Ems! No! it’s fine, it’s fine! I just got up actually” he chuckled

“Are you sure?"

“Yes I am”

“alright. Did you get to rest well?”

“mmmm.. yeah"

“How last night’s show?” I inquired

“It was amazing! Chicago’s loud!” he chuckled

“That’s great to hear! “Til when will you be there?"

“we leave tomorrow for Florida…”

“Is that Emily?” I heard a voice from the background

“Yeah” Louis replied

“Hey Ems!”  It was Liam, I could tell

“Hey Li” I greeted even though it was still Louis on the phone

“She says hey” Louis followed after

“aww I miss you Ems!” he shouted

I laughed. “I miss you too Li”

“don’t you miss me too?” Louis said in his cute pouty voice

“Of course silly! I miss you the most!”

“yaaaaaay!!!” he responded childishly

“Anyways, babe I kinda need to talk to you and err, ask you something” I said hesitantly. I never really told him I had all these plans about meeting his mom and now I would let him know
