Chapter 17: Jealousy

*Maddie's POV*

We all piled out of Blake's car, Natalie and I grabbed our bags while the boys went into the trunk and took out surf-boards. I was still wearing Peter's hat and the whole time in the car we got to know alot about each other. I asked him when was his last girlfriend, he said six months ago and he asked me about the boyfriend and I said a month ago, I didn't say who though. I walked towards Peter,

"You surf?" I asked and Blake looked up and yelled,

"Yes! He's won like every surfing tournament! The waves are his best-friend." I grinned and Peter looked down at the floor trying to act cool. As we started walking towards the beach Natalie grabbed my arm and I raised my eyebrow at her,

"Yes?" I asked and she gave me a sad look then pulled out her phone and without a word she handed the phone to me. I looked down at the screen and I was shocked at what the headline read,

Girlfriend? He already had a girlfriend, so he had moved on rather quickly. Without hesitation I pressed on the link and I saw this girl about my height, same hair color as me yelling about how I was a bitch and how I broke Harry's heart. What the HECK? I looked up at Natalie,

"What is this?" I hissed and she shrugged. I recognized that girl, she was his hair-stylist, from what I knew they never talked how were they suddenly going out. I swallowed and handed her the phone,

"I really don't care. If that's the story he told her, let her believe that." I replied and Natalie looked at me sadly and put a hand on my shoulder,

"You sure? We can ruin her, me and you together is kind of unstoppable." She teased and I laughed,

"If I do want to ruin her I'll be sure to come to you." I replied and we both started walking towards the beach making our way, to the boys who were already in the water. Natalie nudged me when a shirtless Peter started surfing and my GOD he was great-looking!

"Ask him to put sun-creen on your back when he comes out of the water." She said, handing me a bottle of sun-screen and running over to Blake who was getting out of the water. I looked down at the bottle and bit my lip, I could do this. After a couple of great tricks, Peter ran out of the water with his surf-board under his arm. He walked up to me,

"How was I?" He asked and I grinned and I gave him a thumbs-up,

"Amazing! Uhh, would you mind putting sun-screen on my back?" I asked him and he smiled,

"Sure, no problem." He replied. We walked towards the folding chairs and I laid down on my stomach, and he started putting the sun-screen on, I started blushing like there was no tomorrow.

"Uh, I don't mean to freak you out but you're really red." He said and I blushed even more and turned around on my back so I was facing him,

"Yeah, that happens when a completely cute boy is putting sun-screen on my back." I replied and he laughed. He held out his hand to me and I took it,

"Want me to teach you how to surf? My dad taught me when I was really little." He said and I smiled at him,

"I dunno." I replied and he stepped close to me and looked at me with those deep brown eyes,

"Trust me Maddie, I won't let you fall." He replied and I immedietly frowned, trust me. Harry always told me to trust him but it was apparent I couldn't. But, I swallowed this was not Harry this was Peter. I grinned,

"Yeah, lets do it." I replied. He pumped his fist and grabbed my hand and his surf-board. I followed behind him, my heart fluttering because we were hand-in-hand. I looked over to the other side of the beach where Natalie was making out with Blake.
