Shawn POV
It’s been exactly two weeks since layonna has been admitted into the hospital. She has shown no signs of change whatsoever. I have been by her side the entire time. I could not bring myself to leave her for fear that she would wake while I was gone. I wish that I could take the pain and stress for her because she has been through so much already. It is hard for me to even imagine living life without her. I think we are going to move and not tell anybody.
Layonna’s Mom POV
After Shawn’s mother left that day we have been in constant contact discussing the plan that will kill that bitch Layonna. I have a feeling I know where I know that lady from she used to come over and fuck my dad a bunch of years ago. My dad was a older guy she had to be older than me. I was about seventeen or eighteen and she would come over to my house and “chat” with my dad up in his room or in his office. It was so disgusting hearing them fuck all the time I felt bad for her son. She would bring him and leave him downstairs with nothing to do and no one to talk to.
The guard comes up to the door and says that someone is here to talk with me. I get up and leave the cell following beside the guard. I walk into the room and I see Shawn’s mom sitting there with an annoyed look on her face.
Shawn POV
I get off the bed and head to the bathroom to rinse my face with some cold water. I really want her to get well as I come back into the room the doctor does too. Here’s my chance to ask him.
“ Hey Doc is it okay to move her from this hospital to the one in New Mecklensburg( made it up).
“ Shawn I don’t recommend it seeing that she hasn’t waken up yet. Moving her could become dangerous to her health or it could also kill her.
“ I understand, however as soon as she does wake up I can request to have her moved right?”
“ That’s true or you couold get her discharged.”
“ Alright thank you for your help.”
The doctor walked out leaving me with Layonna. I just want to be able to go over there and kiss her like a fairytale prince and she awake like she was in a very deep sleep. I walk over to her side of the bed and grab her hand holding it close to me.
“ Layonna sweetheart please wake up, please come back to me.” I whispered
Chris’s POV
No she didn’t that bitch is going behind my back and coming up with plans and not even telling me. Don’t they know that I have eyes and ears everywhere. I guess not the dumbasses. I will show them just you wait. They wont know what hit them.
Layonna’s Mom POV
I am ready to get this plan underway. All Shawn’s mama has to do is hire a “nurse” to go in and inject air into the tube. It will kill her instantly and its fool Proof. I sat in the chair waiting for her to talk.
“ deals off!” she says
“ what the hell do you mean the deals off”
“ exactly what I said, damn are all black people this dumb”
“ what has changed that you decided to end the plan:?” I said ignoring the comment on black people.
“ I have been offered a better alternative, and two you are headed to the room, they are putting you on death row.”
“ why the hell am I being put on death row”
“ Because nigger I just accused you of being the person that killed my niece.”
“ I don’t even know who she is.”
“ point is that the police officers believe my story and not yours. i won’t ever have to see you ugly ass face again. You see in these last few weeks you hve become more and more open which has provided me with the means to kill or get you killed, and make it seem like you wrote your own suicide not.”
“ All l that you are say is complete and utter bullshit .Man fuck you bitch anit shit going to happen to me and you know it. Who the hell did you partner with since you don’t want to do it with me.
“ Think that if you want to” she said
“ I have the help from….”
