Mother's day

Serena's POV

Today I was going home.Alexander went home about 2 days ago but Kylie and Rydel would bring him and Penelope to see me and Riker everyday.Riker barely go home,he stays with me here the whole time.It's Sunday and it's Mother's day.Everybody is waiting for us at my place.I finish getting dress with the clothes Meghan gave me the night before.I put my hair up in a messy bun and put my cardigan.

Riker:Paparazzi are all over the place

Ryland:I'm on that...no one of then can get closer to us

Serena:It's ok...as long as they don't take photos of Penelope and Alexander

Ryland:They won't...by the way,Happy Mother's day

Serena:Thanks,Ry

He hugs me and whispers in my ear 'Thanks for the talk with Kyl'.We let go and I smirk at him.Dr.Paseparovic comes and says I can go home.Riker picks my bag and I pick my purse.We leave the hospital and Riker immediately puts his arms around me.Ryland gets in the car and we get soon after.We leave for my place.

Serena:Finally going home

Riker:You still know you'll have to sati home for another month,right?

Serena:I can work at home...And I want my phone

Riker:I'll think about that

Serena:Really? Because I can always buy a new one

I smile at him and he takes the phone out of the pocket and gives me.I pick it and put on my purse.We arrive at our place and I open the door to the house.Penelope comes running to me

Penelope:Mowwy,happy mowwy's day

Serena:Thanks,P.

I hug her and then my mom and Stormie saying 'Happy mother's day'.Then I hug all the others.Olivia comes with Alexander and I immediately pick him up.

Olivia:Happy Mother's day,Mrs.Serena

Serena:Thanks,Livvie

Louis:It's a really different year for us,uh?

Serena:It really is

Louis:P is not setting you up with father that is single

Riker:Setting you up?

Serena:Penelope thinks I should have a new boyfriend so she can be more spoiled

Penelope:That's not true!

Serena:So you wouldn't want the presents?

Penelope:Who recuses presents?

Riker:I can't believe you used to set your mom up

Rydel:In her defense the guys were cutes

Cheryl:I think the word 'hot' would be better

George:Cheryl!

We all laugh.We have a nice day with the family.About 8pm,my parents,Stormie and Mark go home.I put Alexander to sleep and pick the walkie-talkie so I could listen if he cries.I go back to the living room and sit next to Riker.

Serena:Ok,P...it's 8pm and tomorrow you have kindergarten so bed time for you

Penelope:But it's mother's day

Serena:That means I'll sleep late not you...now go!

Penelope:Dad?

Riker:Why are you asking me? You listened to your mother

Penelope:Urgh...how you two keep up with each other?

Serena:I can give you 50 shades of it but...just when you got older

Penelope:Still with the older thing?

Serena:Yes...now go to bed!

Penelope:Dad...

Riker:Penelope,bed time...I give 5 minutes before taking off your iPad

Penelope:Good night

She hugs everyone and goes to her room.

Rocky:How you do that?

Riker:Well...when you're a dad...

Serena:Just talk like you could do anything and nothing...

Ross:I still think you wouldn't take off the iPad

Riker:Well,Penelope thought the same thing on Christmas when I took off her camera

Meghan:Having a baby seems hard

Serena:You're going through the hard time now...the pregnancy.After that it only depends on what you'll want for him or her.

We continue talking.It was about 10 pm when everyone went home.I took a shower with Riker.We changed and laid down in bed.I cuddled on him and he wraps his arms around me

Riker:Nice to be back home?

Serena:It's amazing.

Riker:It's gonna be a long night

Serena:It's gonna be a long 5 months.

Riker:Still wants another baby?

Serena:Not now.

Riker:When then?

Serena:When I got pregnant,babe

We both laugh and sleep when I hear Alexander's cry.I get up and go to his room.I pick him up and sit in the chair calming him down.He sleeps again and I put him back at the crib.I watch him a little when I feel the most warm arms hugging me from the back.

Riker:He's definitely a singer

Serena:Or a swimmer...we never know

Riker:He's a Lynch...he's a singer.

I turn to him and put my arms around his neck and he putts his arms around my waist

Serena:You know...I'll start working soon

Riker:Really,Serena? I thought you'd stay home with Alex until he's at least 5 months

Serena:And I'll stay...I'm gonna use my office in the house.I already called Anastasia and my new assistant...they're gonna come over tomorrow and help me out.

Riker:That's better then going to the Universal Records built...and you can stay with the children

Serena:While you're on tour.

Riker:We'll discuss that tomorrow.

Serena:Ok...now let's get some rest before Alex wakes up again

We leave the room and close the door.We check on Penelope before going to our room,she's serenely asleep.We go to our room and lay down in bed again.After a hour or more,Alexander starts crying again.The next 5 months will be big!
