chapter sixteen-

Harry's P.O.V.

I ran away from the house, running down the streets, searching. I heard the guys call my name, but didn't look back. 

That's when i saw them, he had her over his shoulder.

I ran as fast i could.

When i caught up to them, i pulled the gun out.

"Let her go!" I screamed.

He whirled around, smirking.

I ignored him, and stared at her. She was passed out, blood caking the side of her face.

I felt my blood boil, he hurt her. I swear to God, he'll pay.

Her long brown hair dangled out underneath her head.

"Put her down." I said again.

"Make me."

I pulled the gun out and pointed it at him, suprised to see that my hands weren't even shaking.

"Put her down."

He threw her to the ground like a rag doll. That son of b*tch!

I growled at him.

He smiled again, pouncing at me. The gun got tossed from my hand and we both rushed to it.

I went to grab it, but he clawed at me and dragged me back. I punched him in the gut. HE fell to the ground, but dragged me down with him.

Then, i heard a groan. I looked over at Valerie. Her eyes flickered open and she stared at me.

"Ha-Harry?" She asked.

I gave her a weak smile, but in that moment of my frozen state. Brian managed to get the gun. He pulled it out on me. I didn't move.

Valerie's eyes widened. 

"No!" She screamed, "Brian! Put it down! Please, don't do this!"

He held the gun tighter in his hands, his knuckles white.

"When he's gone, then i can have you all to myself."

"NO!" She jumped to her feet.

She tried jumping front of me, but i pushed her to the ground.

"Valerie, stop!" I told her.

"No! Harry! No!" She cried.

I held her face in my hands, we were both on the gorund, on our knees.

Tears leaked from her grey eyes.

"Shh... It's okay. Your gonna be okay." I told her.

It was a lie. Brian would kill me, take her, abuse her.

"I love you." I whispered.

"I love you too." She told me.

Brian scowled.

Then he pulled the trigger.

"NOOOOO!!" Valerie screamed.

I sat there and waited for the pain.
