Rachel P.O.V

Jesse quit his job at McKinley a week ago. Not a lot has happened since then. We've practiced our 2 numbers for Sectionals over and over again. It's been difficult but we have tried our hardest. Mr Schue has allowed the Finn, Sam, Artie, Joe and Rory to debut their single. I can't wait to hear it. Finn has told me a lot about it. He spent some of our dates getting inspiration from me. I just love hearing Finn sing. He has this amazing voice that I can't get enough of.

The second song is a number by the due contest winners, Sam and Mercedes. Their singing 'Summer Nights' from Grease. It does involve some of us but not a lot. I can't wait to go to Sectionals.

Finn and I sit in my room, just chatting.

"So how's the song going?" I ask.

"It's perfect." Finn says.

"Can I hear a bit?" I ask.

"Sure." Finn says.

He sighs and closes his eyes. He's probably trying to remember the lyrics.

He sings:

I'm just tryna' read the signals I'm receiving

I don't know about you girl but I believe it"

"Wow! That's awesome." I say and kiss him.

"I can't wait till Sectionals." Finn says, smiling.

Sectionals is being held in our auditorium this year. It's going to be awesome.

"Up first, the Dalton Academy Warblers!" The announcer says. We hear the sound of 'Grenade'.

"They're good." I say.

"Sebastian still goes there?" Blaine asks.

"Who's Sebastian?" I ask.

"An old warbler friend of mine." Blaine says.

Next, The Warblers sing 'Never Say Never'.

"Oh my god! Not Justin! Not Justin!" Brittany screams.

"What's wrong with the Biebs?" Sam asks.

"Britt got nightmares after watching 'Baby'." Santana says.

"Okay then." Artie says.

"You guys are on in 2 minutes." A stage person says.

"Let's get ready!" Mr Schue says. We all move to our places.

"Sam! Mercedes! You're duets first." Mr Schue says.

"You can do this Cedes!" Sam says and kisses his girlfriend. I go and find my girlfriend. I find Rachel looking nervous.

"What's wrong, Rach?" I ask.

Rachel looks up at me and says "Jesse's a judge."
