Author's Note / Story Background

This was inspired by Twilight and initially meant to be a joke. But I actually fell in love with this story after a while and it became more of an original fiction than a parody. But if you see any references, similarities, exaggerations, or parallels to Twilight, you understand why. ;)

I wrote this during the summer of 2011, and it's completely unedited. So please, if you see any typos, errors, or inconsistencies feel free to point them out. :)
