Hiding from Fame (a roc royal love story)

Shaniyah's POV

I woke in the morning to "My Girl" playing on my alarm clock. ugghh the dummy Prodigy probably put that on there. Yeah prodigy is my big brother. All the girls want him............ except me. Every girl I now thinks hes sooooooo amazing. But hes not. Hes a big headed, overly concieted annoying little bitch.........at times. i got up did my morning routine and walked downstairs. Craig was already at the table. He was homeschooled because my mom did not want him to get trampled by the girls. Him and his friends are going on a signing at like 12 today so that i was at school and no one would see me. None of them know about me. no one knows about me.

"wuz up Craig" i teased. He hates that name.

"I told you not to call me that young blood" he replied

"yea, yea watever" i replied ploping on the couch with my bowl of cereal

"eh my sis my sis she loves me she acts like bitch but she treats me like a king"he sang imitating his song my girl

i couldnt help but laugh i did love my big bro. i finished my cereal and got up and gave prodigy a kiss on the cheek. i got my book bag a ran out the door "bye" i yelled behind my back

"bye young blod love you have fun at school" i heard prodigy say

i smiled to my self and began running to school

~later that day~

" i dont feel so well" i told my bestie gabrielle, gabby for short

"come on lets get you to the nurse" she replied. we walked to the nurse while i was cluthching my stomach. as soon as we walked in i threw up in the garbage can next to the door. the school nurse rushed to my side

'oh dear whats wrong wrong with her.

' i dont know. we were at lunch and she said she didnt feel well"

"ok well we have to send her home. let me give her some medicine and then maybe you can walk with her"

oh no i cant go home. the boys were there. they hadnt left for the signing yet. if thy saw me............if gabby saw them my secret would be gone. "i-im fine" i croaked out still getting over throwing up

"No young lady youre going home. ill inform the rest of your teachers." she handed me the medicine an shoooed me and gabby out the door

on the walk home me and gabby..........well mostly gabby talked. when we finally got there the limo was in front of my house. oh shit

"whats that" gabby asked

"nothing" i said "lets go in the backyard and chill. there ummmm.........redoing the carpet in my house."

"you dont have carpet in your house" gabby replied suspiciously

"oh um right. ther putting carpet in my house"i said

"ok whatever"

Roc's POV

"i dont feel to good"i said. i was at prod's house. we were supposed to be going to a signing but i just didnt feel up to it

"man are you sure you wanna stay here" prince asked

"yea it iight ill be fine"

"ok man whateve"ray replied

they left and a few minutes later i heard the bus pull off i drifted off to sleep.

shaniyah's POV

"well ima go back to school' gabby said after the limo had pulled away "Do you want me to pick up your work"

"no ...........but you can anyway" i replied and we both laughed

"watever now get your lazy behind in the house. i dont need you gettting kidnapped"

"ok. bye" she left and i walked in the house. i threw my keys on the kitchen counter and walked in the living room. i froze when i saw him."what the fuck is he doing here" i said a little to loud. he heard me and woke up and stared me down "who the hell are you and what the fuck are yu doing in my friends house."

"ummmm. i-im ummmm........................"
