Matteo and Sarah go on a date. They decided to eat in a Chinese Restaurant.
Sarah excused herself because she needs to re-touch her make-up. She brought her bag with her but left some stuffs on the table including her phone.
While Sarah is on the wash room, Matteo saw her phone ringing. When the call stopped, he then noticed that there are 3 unread messages from one unknown number. Because he thought that it could be emergency texts, he got curious, he opened it.
“Thanks Sarah! Namiss ko yung pagkanta mo sakin sa phone. Sana maulit uli gaya kagabi ^_^ . Thank you talaga. Miss na kita talaga. See you soon.”
“I hope you liked the flowers I sent earlier :)”
“Why are you not picking up? Are you with Matteo?”
His eyes widened when he read those messages. He can’t believe that her princess is still entertaining other guys. His tears are falling rapidly. He can’t breathe, he gasped some air but he failed.
“Kuya!!!!”
Matteo opened his eyes and looked around. He finally came back to reality. He’s only dreaming. Thank God it’s only a bad dream.
“Kuya, nagsisisigaw ka dyan kanina pa. Buti na lang napakinggan ko sa labas. Feeling ko sobrang sama ng panaginip mo.”
“Si Sarah.” His heart beating is still fast that he couldn’t answer his sister well.
“Panaginip lang yun. Tara na sa baba. Hinihintay na tayo ni Mama for breakfast. Wag mo nang isipin yun kuya.”
“Sige, susunod na ako. Thanks”

Matteo is in Cebu for an endorsement. He missed his hometown so much. Everytime he’s in Cebu, he’s staying in their house. He requested a day-break for him to spend more time with his family.
“Matt, ano yung kinekwento ng kapatid mo na nanaginip ka raw ng masama?”
“Nightmare Ma. About Sarah.”
“Walang masama kung ikekwento mo sa amin.”
“She’s seeing another man behind my back. Parang nabisto ko doon sa panaginip ko na may kinakantahan syang iba sa phone, basta may iba syang ine-entertain bukod sa akin.” Matt closed his fist and looked outside.
“Son, maybe it’s a sign. Try to look at it in a positive way. Sa tingin mo ba magagawa yun sayo ni Sarah? Ikaw ang mas nakakakilala sa kanya. Hindi namin sya ganoong kakilala, pero based sa mga naikwento mo sa amin dati, hindi nya magagawa yung mga bagay na yun. I think she’s a decent lady. Think deeply son, marerealize mo kung ano ang iniimply ng panaginip mo. (smiles and tapped Matt’s back)”
Matteo looked at his mom and paused to think. “Ma, baka gusto lang iparating sa akin na baka maunahan pa ako ng iba?”
“(smiles) Maybe?”
“(sigh) Baka nga Ma. Hindi talaga magagawa sa akin yun ni Sarah! Mahal nya ako, alam ko yun. (scratched his head) Ma, paano nyo sinagot si Papa?”
“He asked me, so I answered ‘YES’. Pero romantic naman yung place. Medyo matagal nga akong naghintay ng tanong nya. Ang hirap kaya non para sa babae, yung gustung-gusto mo nang sagutin pero hindi pa nagtatanong (laughs).”
“(Hugs his Mom) Thanks Ma! Thank you talaga. Siguro nakuha ko yung pagka-slow ni Papa (smiles) Sa sobrang pagka-enjoy ko na kasama at kausap sya every time, di ko man lang naisip na tanungin sya. (laughs) Do you think she will answer me like you did?”
“I think so (smiles). Good luck son! Sa susunod na pagpunta mo dito, kasama mo na dapat si Sarah.”
“I’ll make sure Ma. Thanks ulit. I love you Ma!”
“I love you too anak. Hinay-hinay lang sa trabaho. Ingat ka rin sa mga taping.”
“I can see myself sayo M, pag pinagsasabihan ko si Sarah. She’s too busy palagi. Parang hindi sya napapagod and walang time na nagreklamo sya. She’s very passionate.”
“You’re really in love son. You know what, kahit ibahin ko yung topic, kahit siguro aso na yung pag-usapan natin, babalik at babalik tayo kay Sarah. Ikamusta mo na lang ako sa kanya ha? At wag mong kakalimutan na sa susunod na pagbalik mo dito sa Cebu, kasama mo ang girlfriend mo.”
“Yes Ma, I promised.”

“Bro, sa tingin mo sasagutin nya ako ng ganun lang?” Matteo asked Xian. They’re working together on a talent search.
“Oo, iinvite mo lang sa isang candle-light dinner, okay na yun.”
“Parang common na. At tsaka, si Sarah yun, dapat special. Dapat extra-ordinary!”
“Like what you’ve said, si Sarah yun. Simple lang sya sa pagkakaalam ko. Even she’s the biggest star, simple pa rin sya. Yung mga ganoong babae, mga simple pa rin ang gusto sa buhay. Pero baka naman iba sya, baka meron syang dream date kung saan sasagutin nya yung ideal man nya. Di ko rin alam bro, di naman ako babae.”
“Yeah, she’s simple at ang bilis nyang mapasaya sa surprises.”
“Everyone loves to be surprised bro. Di pa may repeat concert sya bro? Bakit hindi mo doon iset yung plan? Before or after sya mag perform?”
“Ano bang mas maganda, before or after?”
“Parang before. Para after, kayo na! (laughs). Good luck bro. Alam kong everything will turn-out well. Kung kailangan mo ang tulong ko, tumawag ka lang.”
“Salamat bro. Babalitaan na lang kita.”

Matteo searched the net about the best surprises that a man should give a woman. He’s in front of his computer for about three hours already but he still couldn’t find the best that will suit the situation. He decided to ask some of his friends and also called Sarah’s best of friends. He spoke to Mark Bautista and Shin.
Finally, they end up with a great plan. Shin and Mark helped him a lot. They talked about do(s) and don’t(s). They set a plan that will not let the public know about it. He has three days to prepare. Three days.
