NOVA INSULAM

Well, this obviously doesn't make any sense. Like, where did MARE come from? And SILVA? Nintendo obviously spelled "mountain" wrong.

Or so it seeems.

If you're a proud Latin child like me, you'd know that MARE means "sea" in Latin, SILVA means "forest", and MONTEM is "mountain".

Same goes for those other 'misspelled' words.

So the real translations are:

RIGEL SILVA ---> RIGEL FOREST

MERIDIANUS MARE ---> ("meridianus can actually translate to "of midday", "noon", but also "south") SOUTH SEA

TERRORE MONTEM ---> TERROR/PANIC/FEAR MOUNTAIN

NOVA INSULAM ---> NEW ISLAND (I think?)

So. Isn't that cool?

amo Ignem Insigne. (I think that's correct grammar.)
