Yeee, I'm probably a stupid child which is why I only figured it out now, but basically, Blessed weapons can be forged into one of the three Regalia at a price of a few gold coins.
Mercurius, for example, can be made by forging all three stars for a Blessed sword, and then reforged once more. Same for Gradivus and probably Parthia as well.
