“Um yes come in” Rebecca replied, as Sharon came in she put her hand out for the test, slowly Rebecca handed it to her, Sharon looked at the test before looking up to Rebecca

Chapter 15

“You’re pregnant…” Sharon said, her voice barely a whisper, Rebecca froze before her body shook and she burst into uncontrollable sobs,

“I’m only sixteen, I can’t do this, what if he doesn’t want it, what” Rebecca said her voice verging on hysteria,

“REBECCA, your strong, you CAN do this and don’t ever think you can’t, your Alpha its in your blood to survive, you’ll be okay” Sharon said her voice strong and firm, Rebecca just sat there tears no longer felt worth it, she was past crying, ‘what am I going to do’ she thought, getting up she cleaned her face, reapplied her make-up and looked at Sharon,

“You can’t tell anyone Sharon, anyone” Rebecca said with Alpha power in her voice, making it a command, nodding in agreement she hugged her friend, “you can go Shazz Alex is coming and I don’t want him to get suspicious, take the test with you and get rid of it, please” she added,

“Okay, I’m here for you, I’ll see you later” Sharon said as she made her way out, As Rebecca sat down on the bed she felt the Alpha link to check the pack was okay, she felt panic and worry flood though her, as she ran over to the door to investigate it flew open and Alex rushed in,

“We’re under attack” He said, Rebecca froze,

“lets go” she said ‘every get ready to fight, children and pregnant women to the cellar now, lock the doors’ she said though Alpha link her voice firm, commanding and calm, racing down the stairs she saw Sharon at the bottom sending her a look that screamed ‘don’t do it!!’, looking the other way she went out the front door and transformed into her wolf form, it was her pack and they will always come first.

As everyone gathered around her and she ran, across the meadow they went, arriving at the east wall they saw wolves spilling over it, she and Alex let out a ferocious growl that shook the ground and echoed though the valley, it was, The Dark Thunder Pack, it was a pack run by her evil cousin Alicia, Alicia had got kicked out of Rebecca’s pack four years ago after she had attempted to murder a young baby for revenge after a argument, she was evil pure and simple.

Rage flooded Rebecca vision and she saw red, how dare she come here, this was supposed to be their safe house, she only came for revenge, Rebecca had given her a chance, this time she dies, ‘ATTACK’ she yelled though the Alpha link as she raced forward heading straight towards Alicia, her jaws smashed right next to Alicia’s face but she managed to dodge her, she tried again this times going for her front leg, this time Alicia was to slow and she clamped her jaws down, crushing the bone, Alicia lashed out trying to scratch Rebecca’s face but she quickly dodged and pounced on Alicia’s back grabbing her by the back of the neck she bit down until Alicia went limp, quickly jumping up she saw Alex being attacked by three wolves jumping forward she leapt at one of them quickly snapping its neck, whilst Alex quickly killed the other two. Turning she raced around killing Alicia’s wolves at ever movement until they all lay dead, looking around she saw none of her wolves where seriously injured ‘well done everyone, you did amazing at protecting our pack, thank you all can three of you stay to help me and Alex clear away the bodies but everyone else head home’ she announced though Alpha link.

As everyone started leaving she looked around, Alicia’s body was gone, ‘has anybody moved Alicia’s body’ she asked though Alpha link, after hearing a series of no’s she growled in annoyance, Alicia must have only pretended death and Rebecca was to busy helping Alex to notice, she growled angrily and started to help clear away the dead members of The Dark Thunder Pack, she doubted this was all of the members Alicia was sneaky she wouldn’t have risked her whole pack.

After the bodies where cleared away they headed back, when they got home Rebecca and Alex along with the other wolves when to their rooms transformed and got dressed, heading back down stairs Rebecca called a meeting.

Once everybody was gathered in the meeting room Rebecca began “we have just witnessed a surprise attack from The Dark Thunder Pack, as some of you already know this is my cousin Alicia’s pack, we believe the reason for this attack was purely revenge, Alicia wasn’t killed in the fight so extra precautions must be taken, no children are to run with out adults and please run in at least pairs, thank-you all for the amazing courage you showed today and I am so glad that you are all safe, meeting dismissed” she finished and everybody began leaving.

Turning to Alex he wrapped his arms around her,

“You look so sexy when you’re in Alpha mode” he said grinning and kissing the top of her head, Rebecca just chuckled,

“I’m starving, lets go eat” she said pulling him towards the kitchen, sitting down on the tall stalls she asked the cook for some light soup, as she still wasn’t sure how strong her stomach was. After slowly eating the soup she was thrilled that she didn’t feel sick, looking up at the clock she saw it read ten thirty pm, kissing Alex she said,

“I’m tired, I’m going to shower and go to bed”

“Yeah I’m tired too” he said getting up, they walked up stairs and into their bedroom and Rebecca headed straight into the shower. After a short but relaxing shower she dried her hair pulled on a pair on cotton shorts and a tank top she climbed into bed, Alex climbed in next to her and grabbed her waist pulling her towards him and wrapped his arms around her,

“Night sweetie” he said kissing her gently on the forehead,

“Night Alex” she replied, a few minutes later she heard Alex’s soft snores, thoughts of her being pregnant raced around her head, kept her awake until the small hours of the morning until she fell asleep exhausted.
