Chapter 10

Previously

Climbing down of the stage she waved good-bye to everyone as they filtered out of the room. She then turned around to see two very angry looking brothers glaring at her equally angry mate, great she thought.

Chapter 10

“Guys you all need to calm down” Rebecca said backing up from her brothers slowly,

“REBECCA YOUR 16, WHAT WHERE YOU THINKING” Jason yelled, rage flowing off him in waves. Rebecca’s wolf growled angrily at being disrespected but she held it in, they where her brothers, if she made them submit now it would only make them angrier at her.

As they carried on yelling at her, Alex became tenser and tenser behind her ‘how dare they yell at their Alpha, His mate!!? , I don’t care if there her brothers they shouldn’t yell at her!! , what they did was perfectly normal for any mates to do, yes she was young but she was his mate!!’ Alex thought angrily to him self and he grew more and more furious as they carried on,

“Silence, I know you are her brothers and I know you care deeply about her but you WILL NOT yell at your Alpha, I love this girl in front of me more than anything in the world and if us making love angers you this much I am disgusted!!” Alex yelled, his voice leaving no room for argument, her brothers fell silent but they still glared at him with furious eyes, In a much calmer voice Alex turned to Tom,

“You need to understand, how would you feel if this was Alice, you know the love you feel for a mate, you must understand how we’re feeling” Alex said looking at Tom straight in the eyes. Guilt washed over Toms features and he looked over to Jacob, obviously talking though the pack link, a few seconds later he turned back to Alex,

“Okay we accept you, you are mates and I couldn’t imagine a stronger pain than Rebecca hating Alice” Tom said guilt still evident in his voice, as he said this guilt filled Jacob and he quickly agreed with Tom. Turning to Rebecca they apologised before pulling her into a hug.

Smiling at them she accepted their apology and told them she was going to start packing and headed up stairs pulling up Alex behind her, reaching her room she ran and flopped down onto her bed,

“ughh well it went better than I thought it would I guess” Rebecca groaned her face still buried into the bed, chuckling Alex lay down next to her and pulled her into his arms,

“You alright sweetie?” Alex asked, rolling over Rebecca looked at him, admiring his gorgeous with a small smile on her lips,

“I’m fine, come on you can help me pack” Rebecca said with a grin, climbing off the bed and heading to her wardrobe. Pulling down suitcases from the top shelf she started filling them when she felt something hit her at the side of her head, reaching up her hand she grabbed what had hit her and looked at it, OMG it was one of the thongs Sharon had got her for her birthday as a joke, blushing crimson she leapt up and stalked her way to where Alex was stood laughing whilst still looking though her underwear, grabbing his hand she yanked it from her underwear and stood in front of his with her hands on her hips,

“Well??” she asked “”why’d you go throw, it” she said, not really wanting to mention what ‘it’ was. Leaning forward he wrapped his arms around her waist pulling her towards him leaning forward he gently kissed along her face, before going to her ear and gently murmuring into it,

“I thought maybe you could show me it me, on you some time?” he whispered, his voice sent shivers down her body and heat rose within her “please baby you do look particularly gorgeous today” he murmured teasing her with small kisses, making her shiver.

They jumped back from each other with a start as they heard a huge bang and Sharon ran into the room,

“We are being attacked, rouges, there hear… now” she gasped out of breath, a simultaneous growl ripped though their bodies and they ran past Sharon and down the stairs, they where Alpha and they would protect their pack, no matter what.

As they raced down the stairs they saw Tom and Jason stood at the bottom,

“Their coming from the back and there about twenty of them” Jason said stress evident in his voice,

“Gather all of the fighters, tell they to shift, we’re leaving now” Rebecca said, transforming into her werewolf form she headed out of the back and stood at the front next to Alex as all of there best fighting werewolf’s surrounded them, ‘move now, stick together, no-one gets left behind’ Rebecca said though the Alpha link and started running out of the house and around to the back.

Running forward they saw the rouges run out from the trees, she could tell they where more animal than human now, almost all humanity had left their eyes, their fur was ragged and filthy, dirt hung to it and they snapped their jaws in a savage manner, running forward Rebecca began the fight quickly snapping one wolves neck she leapt at another gouging a hole in the rouges side, it yelped in pain, Rebecca snapped her jaws at the rouge as it tried to scratch her, narrowly missing her face, as she went to leap at it again it was pushed out of her way by Alex who quickly snapped its neck before attempting to stand over Rebecca in a protective manner, Rebecca growled in annoyance but Alex didn’t move, something had worried him and he was fighting to protect his mate now and no-one had better get in his way.

He moved around snapping rouges necks right left and centre, deathly threating growls erupted from his chest constantly as he fought to protect his mate. Eventually all of the rouges lay dead around them but Alex was still in wolf mode, no part of his human side was controlling his actions right now, he was snapping at his own pack mates as they came towards him, Rebecca rolled onto her belly still beneath him and started to lick his jaw trying to calm him down, he slowly started to respond and his human side stared to get back in control of his body, finally he stepped off from over Rebecca and allowed her to climb back up, nuzzling Rebecca he was finally calm.

Rebecca looked around, there where a few injured wolfs, but no-one had anything to serious, leaping though her bedroom window she shifted before pulling on some clothes, coming back out she addressed to wolves stood around her,

“We will have a meeting at nine o’clock tomorrow, but now I want everyone to go home to their family’s and rest”, Alex grabbed onto her hand and led her up to her room and pushed her towards the bathroom, Rebecca showered quickly before pulling on a bid tee-shirt and some cotton shorts she fell one to the bed, feeling Alex’s arms wrap around her she fell into a peaceful but dreamless sleep.
