Alex’s arms wrap around her she fell into a peaceful but dreamless sleep

Chapter 11

Rebecca woke up In a very serious and worried mood, it was not safe here for her or her pack, she sat up and rubbed her temples stress coursing though her, she felt Alex’s arm’s wrap around her and everything didn’t feel quite so bad anymore, she had him at her side, they would get though this.

After showering she put on a white tee-shirt and a pair of black skinny jeans and after straightening her hair and applying a thin layer of makeup she was ready, Alex gave her a comforting hug before they made their way down stairs, Rebecca went to walk into the meeting room but Alex’s pulled her towards the kitchen,

“you need to eat honey” he said pulling her along, once inside he walked her over to on of the kitchen stalls and asked her what she wanted,

“Honestly Alex I’m really not hungry” she said quietly, Alex turned around and pulled a bowl out and filled it with her favourite cereal then poured some milk onto it,

“Come on sweetie you need to eat something to be at your best” he said placing the bowel in front of her before turning around and grabbing a bowel for himself. Taking a seat next to her he wrapped his hand around hers, ‘your Alpha you can do this’ he said though the pack link. Rebecca straightened her back and started eating, he was right she was Alpha; she couldn’t just fall to bits when her pack needed her.

She finished off the cereal and stood up, straightening her clothes she announced ‘meeting in ten, everyone needs to be there’ though the Alpha link.

Ten minutes later everyone was gathered in the meeting room and Rebecca and Alex where stood on the stage, clearing her throat everyone fell quite and she began,

“I’m sure you are all aware of the event that took place last night, no-one was seriously injured but they could have easily been” looking around at their grave faces she continued,

“It is no longer safe here, we cannot risk our pack, I know I told you all we where leaving in a week, but due to the recent events we will be leaving tomorrow” chatter broke up all around them, Rebecca out her hand up again signalling for silence,

“We leave at noon and the moving van are arriving as we speak, boxes are in the basement, anybody not their on time will be left behind, any of those who wish to stay come to see me, you can leave, but be warned if you stay you will not be part on the new joined pack the Purple Moon pack” she announced murmurs going around the room about the new pack name, the new place and how soon they will be leaving,

“You should all go and pack, we hope we see you all outside tomorrow at noon” Alex said before they climbed down off the stage.

Walking out of the meeting room they headed up stairs to pack, several hours later they where done, turning to Alex she said,

“Its 5pm, so if we head over to yours we can pack your stuff up, and then we can eat after, what do think??”

“Sure we’ll put your boxes in a moving van and we’ll head over”  he said picking up a box and heading out the door, Rebecca picked up another box and followed after him, thank god for werewolves strength.

After putting all of the boxes into the moving van they got into Alex’s car and headed over to his pack house, they sped down the road whilst singing loudly to Kelly Clarkson’s ‘what doesn’t kill you makes you stronger’, pulling up in front of Alex’s pack house they climbed out of the car, Rebecca still bent over laughing at Alex’s awful singing. Alex ran around this car grabbing Rebecca and pinning her against the wall with her arms above her, she was still chuckling at him, until be started mercilessly started tiggeling her, gasping for breath she apologised and begged him for forgiveness, but her just chuckled at her and carried on, after what felt like hours but was only a few minutes he stopped and held her against him as she got her breath back. When she’d got the breath back she lent back and fake glared at him before grabbing his hand and pulling him into the house and up to his room.

Grabbing some boxes they started filling them up with his stuff, as she started putting all his shirts in the boxes she pulled out a tee-shirt with bold letters saying ‘chick magnet’ with his face printed on the back, Rebecca burst out laughing and Alex after seeing the tee-shirt pulled it out of her hand and stuffed it to the bottom of the box saying Sam his beta had got it him as a joke, still chuckling she hugged him and carried putting his tee-shirts in the box.

At about 8pm they’d packed all of his stuff into boxes and loaded them into one of the moving vans, walking into kitchen they looked around, just seeing healthy stuff they looked at each other and quickly yelled “pizza” and ran to the phone, Rebecca yanked it up and did a little happy dance and then started dialling in the numbers.

The door bell rang and Rebecca jumped up,

“I’ll get it” she yelled grabbing the money of the table and running to the door, swinging the door open she was a guy about seventeen stood at the door,

“Hey good looking” he said to her, frowning she went to take the pizza out of his hand,

I’m not interested, thanks” she said, he grabbed her hand,

“Come on sexy, give us your number” he said stroking the back of her hand, she yanked her hand back in disgust as Alex came around the corner anger evident in his eyes, the guy quickly took a step back. Alex stepped forward yanking the pizza out of the guys hand he shoved money in to it and yanked the boy forward by his tee-shirt,

“When she say’s she not interested, she means she not fucking interested!!” he said his voice a scary and angry calm, shaking this boy nodded,

“okay, okay, sure, I’m sorry” the guy stammered, Alex let go of the guys tee-shirt and the boy quickly backed up before turning and hurrying away.

Alex stood their shaking rage still evident in his eyes, Rebecca wrapped her arms around his waist and gently kissed him on the lips, he was solid but after a while he started to respond,

“I love you some much sweetie, your mine, all mine” he said kissing her gently love shining though his eyes, she wrapped her legs around this torso and he carried her upstairs and placed her gently on the bed, that night the made love for hours.
