Emily's POV
This day cannot get any weirder. Don't these guys have anything better to do than to just annoy me? No I'm not over Austin and I can't just forgive Luke for what he did. But they really need to give me some space right now.
I woke up from my thoughts when I felt two strong arms around my shoulder, one from each side...what the...?
"HI EM!!" Pete chirped. "HEY! I WAS GUNNA SAY THAT!!!" Eric complained. "Well too bad...I said it first." Pete said with a huge grin on his face. "Hi Em!" Eric said smiling. "I said it better" Peter muttered.
"Did not!" Eric argued.
"Did too!" Pete shot back.
"Did not!"
"Did too!"
"Did not!"
"Did too!"
"Did.."
"Enough!!!" I cut them off. "Guys, seriously? What is up with everyone today? Well...you guys are usually fighting, but this...I mean...really???" I looked at them in disbelief. They mumbled sorries as we walked out of the school.
"Wait...where are you going? You're going with us..." Eric told me and I looked at him in disbelief.
"Go where? I just gunna walk home...Like I've been doing.." I told him and Pete just shook his head. "No...we're giving you a ride...it's just us guys...come on...nothing new Emmie, we did nothing wrong. No need to be mad at us" He said, looking at me with sad eyes.
"No...I'm not mad at you guys..." I trailed off. "Pweeeaaasee???" Eric and Pete chorused at the same time, giving me adorable puppy dog eyes. I groaned. "Okay okay...OKAY fine!! If it's just you guys, then...maybe I can..." I started but I was cut off by them.
"Great!! Let's go!" And then I was dragged off to the car.
I'm pretty sure my mouth was wide open as I got in the car. Austin was with them. Austin...Austin! No way I'm riding with him! I was about to step off when the doors were locked and Jake stepped on it.
"HEYYY!! THIS IS KIDNAPPING!! THIS IS KIDNAPPING! HEEEEELLLPPPP!!!" I shrieked and I'm sure I heard chuckles. Was this funny to them???
"Nuh uh!! You agreed!!!" Pete jumped in. "Yea...so it's not kidnapping, since you agreed." Mark finished off.
"You told me that it was gunna be just you guys!" I snapped. "It is just us guys! Do you not consider Austin a guy?" Eric snickered. "Hey dude...she doesn't consider you a guy...I'm sorry but...BUUURRNNNN!!!!" Everyone just gave him weird looks and Austin just shook his head in disappointment.
"Well...I was a guy the last time I checked." Austin said, trying to lighten up the mood.
"Jake, please just hurry up and drop me off at my house" I said as I looked out the window. I heard Austin sigh. "Em...just give me 5 minutes...please Emmie?" He softly said. I said nothing and just looked away.
"OW! YOU STEPPED ON MY TOE!! DUDE!!!" " Eric cried and Mark just scoffed. "Well that's cuz u put your foot under my foot. Not my fault" Mark argued.
Someone please save me.
Austin's POV
She won't talk to me. How can I just get her to understand? What I did was wrong but that kiss meant nothing.
I should've known better. Knowing her personality, of course I knew she was gunna be upset if she found out and yet I still did it. Nice going Austin. I just need her back. I don't even know how I can think with Mark and Eric arguing like maniacs in the background, with Peter somewhere there in the background.
Every time I look at her, it's like I'm seeing her for the first time...and I fall in love all over again. She's just so beautiful, just like her personality.
Jake just gave me a look of sympathy from the drivers seat. I nodded as we pulled over to her house. Before the car even fully stopped, she jumped out, mumbling a thanks to Jake and walked away.
This is just so bad...and just so wrong.
Luke's POV
I saw her going home with Austin and the guys. Does that mean she's forgiven him?
But she can't! If she forgave him she HAS for forgive me! Maybe she will. I just gotta go see her...and talk to her again. Yea...
But every time I see her...I get the urge to just hold her tight and never let her go.
I can't let her get back together with Austin. If I'm ever getting a chance, it's right now. I need to get her to forgive me...and give me a chance. I can be anything she want me to be and I'll always keep her happy.
I made my way over to Emily's house with a made-up mind. I just needed to talk to her. If I can talk to her, I know somehow I can get her to forgive me and maybe even give me a chance. We'll see.
