This was a fairytale story about a girl, Kaelyn who is cursed, she is a horse by day and a girl for only an hour at night. She is in the princes stables. Prince Philip gets kidnapped along with her and she tries to help him escape. During their journey home, Prince Philip meets the human Kaelyn at night and falls in love with her but doesn’t know she is the horse he rides during the day. There are witches good guys, evil wizards, plenty of sword fighting and damsel saving to keep you interested.
The story is well written the only thing I would say is that it felt the ending was rushed. I know the writer wanted to enter it in the Watty awards and was rushed to finish it so she could enter. I felt the writer wanted to give us the happy ending but it was kinda corny and totally predictable. I don’t feel she really thought about the ending she just got on with it.
