Dear Diary,
Alam ko na pala kung bakit ako binigyan ng lipstick ni Jessica. Apparently, fuchsia pink and pale don't go well together. Kaya binigyan nya ako ng bagong lipstick na kulay red and said that my face needs a bit of a color.
Since then, kung anu-ano na ang ibinibigay nya sa 'kin: mascara, eyeliner, foundation. She's also teaching me how to apply these things to enhance the good features on my face. Her reason for doing this? Simple lang. She wants me to sabotage the coming soon wedding of Paulo and his extra-terrestrial girlfriend.
Dati kasi, nung mga panahong consultant pa lang ako, nagka-issue silang dalawa. At one business party, we had the option to bring a date or go stag. Paulo brought his miniature Godzilla of a girlfriend. Jessica and that woman caused a scene dahil nagsabunutan lang naman sila sa gitna ng dance floor dahil kay Paulo. Close sina Paulo at Jessica dati. Sa sobrang close nila, aakalain mong sila. Pero may fiancé na nun si Jessica, na asawa nya na ngayon.
Friends lang talaga sila. Atribida lang sadya itong girlfriend ni Paulo.
Anyway, medyo naging ilag si Jessica kay Paulo after that. Si Paulo naman, dala ng sobrang hiya, hindi na rin lumapit dito sa isa. Hanggang sa mapalipat si Jessica ng site. Lumipat na rin siya ng department. Kaso, nang matapos ang project nila, nanganib syang mawalan ng trabaho so she went back to her original department and ergo, to her original site.
Half of the men in the office wanted her. I heard them talk about her. Talks that involve sexual fantasies and infatuation. She's not available though. She's already married and she already has a kid. Saka ang loyal nya sa asawa. Hot and loyal? A total rarity.
Nakakatuwa nga yung istorya nila ng asawa nya. Her husband's a bit of a geek kasi. She flashed him her boobs once and he fainted (her own words).
Anyway, nalaman ko na nalaman nyang patay na patay ako kay Paulo. Ang lakas ng radar ng babaeng 'yun e. She once told us that Jen and Jake were going to end up together. They both had someone else before. Then one day, naging sila na lang. No one batted an eyelash pero simula noon, iba na ang naging tingin namin kay Jessica. She's like the oracle!
Now, she told me that Paulo will end up with me. Should I believe her, diary?
