The first time in forever.. My hands cover my face as I'm still a mess After finding my cheating husband with another woman After he treated me like total crap throughout the whole 3 years of our relationship I climb out of bed & I look at myself in the mirror I remember feeling the most joy ever at Macy's So I comb through my hair & tie it up in a perfect bun Now that my ex has left the house.. His stuff is kinda still in the house.. I throw it out of the window & yell at the top of my lungs "There you go you bastard!" I break down again in tears I mentally snap myself out of it & dry my tears with a tissue I get dressed

I put on a beige sweater with red & blue designs on it Including reindeers with a snowflake in the middle I put on leggings But underneath a pair of thermals to keep me warm I slip on brown combat boots & put on lip balm to prevent my lips from getting chapped I walk out of the bathroom & grab my "hobo" purse I shove my iPhone in my purse & put on a heavy jacket I cover my face with a scarf & put on a warm hat Along with gloves I head outside & take the fastest cab to Macy's ~at Macy's~ I walk around with my cart I look over when I hear a child giggling I see a little girl running around a guy about my age Who's dressed in a red sweater & black slacks The little girl matching him only she's wearing a red dress & black stockings underneath I giggle & he looks at me He smiles at me I feel a tug at my shirt I look down to see a little brown haired & hazel eyed girl I smile & bend down "Hello beautiful" I say giggling She waves "Hello I'm Maryann." She says "Hello I'm Winter." I say shaking her tiny hand "Ooh your named after Christmas!" She says jumping up & down smiling I giggle "Yes I am" I say smiling "That's my daddy right there!" She says pointing to the guy that smiled at me "Oh really? Where's your mommy?" I ask Her face drops "I don't have a mommy." She says & pouts a little The guy walks towards us "Mary! Don't bother the beautiful lady while she's shopping!" He says She pouts at him "Hi I'm Nathan but you can call me Nate." He says & shakes my hand "I'm Winter...your daughter is adorable..how old is she?" I ask "4 years old." He says giggling "How old are you?" I ask randomly "21" he says confidently I gasp He's 21 & has a child.. I've been trying for one & can't have one... "Hey..how about I find you a toy huh?" I ask Maryann "No no..don't do such a task. It's okay" Nate says smiling "I insist I'm having a bad day..please it'll make me happier." I say He nods & the same little girl hugs my legs "Thank you miss" she says giggling I look at him "You wanna hang out with the nice lady?" He asks her She nods "Okay." He says & lifts her up He puts her in the cart & she sits down He kisses her tiny head "See you later princess" he says She smiles & kisses his cheek "Bye daddy" she says & waves her tiny hand at him I smile at him & he walks away I push the cart around with her in it.. I keep a smile on my face.. What a man..he is the definition of a amazing father.. But why can't I get rid of the memory of him in my head.. Why? Why?
