"I can't believe you actually did it." Shianne's voice was filled with anger, as she continued running the brush through her hair, roughly while watching Aaron from the reflection in the mirror.

"You heard what Cris said. I couldn't just say no. What was I supposed to do?" Aaron argued back, as Shianne turned to him cutting her eyes.

"Oh, please. What were they going to do if you said no?" Shianne inquired, raising her eyebrow at the handsome Italian boy in front of her. Aaron sighed, his memory flashing back to the last thing he remembered from that night. Darien and Maurice pulling out weapons.

"I don't know, but I didn't want to find out," Aaron shook his head, crossing his arms across his chest. "Qual è il grosso problema?"

"Hey!" She threw a pillow at him as he ducked it swiftly. "I may not know what you're saying, but don't act like I'm deaf."

"I gotta teach you some Italian, because that was so simple, baby," Aaron responded, picking up the pillow off the floor. "Wanna hurry up so we can make it to this party?"

"Boy. You only got invited because you did ya your little task with your wanna be cobra ass. Have patience, it takes time to look this good."

And that it did. After another 30 minutes, they hopped into the cab that he had called 15 minutes ago, allowing Shianne to slide across the seat first. She gave the driver directions and then they were off to Darien's house party. His aunt was out for the weekend, and he had decided to stay home and throw no other than a party in her absence.

The car pulled to a stop, and Aaron climbed out, reaching his hand out and assisting Shianne. She walked to the front door, one of the extra members of the Cobra's on the other side. They strolled in, Shianne grabbing Aaron and pulling him close.

"Be careful, okay? I can't watch you the whole time." She warned, as Aaron smiled and hugged her warmly.

"I'll be fine, baby. Go do your thing." He encouraged, as she looked up at him and nodded her head.

"Alright, Air. I'll see you later, I see Cristal over by the punch." She said, before waving her fingers and walking over to her other best friend. Aaron watched her, standing by himself awkwardly before a familiar voice called his name from the other room. He raised an eyebrow, listening to the voice as he made his way into the dining room, seeing Maurice, Darien and a bunch of other boys from the doorway.

"White boy, you made it." Maurice slurred his words, his fingers rubbing some green material into brown paper. He chuckled, watching as Aaron eyed him, gesturing for Aaron to come closer with his free hand.

He held his nose, smelling the odd scent of something mixed with alcohol as he dapped Maurice and Darien. "What are you guys doing in here?" Aaron questioned as Darien smiled and waved him off.

"Just getting a lil test drive of Mary Jane here. We'll check you later, go and enjoy ya self." Darien told him, smiling as Aaron nodded his head and turned back to the party in the living room. Some song rang through the speakers and Aaron easily spotted Shianne on the floor. She was moving her hips back and forth, dancing by herself and giggling once she noticed Aaron watching her.

"Were you watching me? No one pays any attention to me." Shianne playfully smacked his arm as he beamed at her.

"You're worth all the attention in the world, bella." He answered, as she blushed. She reached a hand up, feeling her cheeks get warm as she looked away.

"Come dance with me." She whispered, grabbing his hand and leading him to the dance floor. He watched as she started swaying her hips and spinning in circles, knowing he couldn't dance if his life depended on it. But before he had to try, the beat slowed down and a slow song came on, saving him from embarrassing himself.
