* Tinashe POV *

~ A week later ~

I sat down, eating breakfast. Listening to my Dad ramble on and on. I know Roderick and I should've been more careful. I know we shouldn't have been doing it in the first place. I wish he would just shut up and get out of my face. He isn't making this situation any better, I can tell her looks at me differently now. My Mom seems, keyword, seems happy. No telling. I can tell the remanding 7.5 months are going to be rocky. I have Roderick though, I think.

Dad: - He talked his head off. - "…..You're going to have to cut back on friends, going out….Spending money, how are you so sure he's going to get drifted into college football? Don't you know they look at that? " - He said, like I didn't already know this. -

Tinashe: " Dad, you think I'm not aware of any of this? Really though? " - I said, staring at him, as he looked back. - " All I know is, no matter what. Roderick will be here for us, for me……" - I said, placing my hand on my stomach. -

He was silent for a couple as minutes. Eating his food, I looked away from him. He cleared his throat, as he went back to reading the newspaper.

I finished up, as I went upstairs. Getting dressed for the day, putting on my long sleeve  leopard v-neck sweater. I looked at my stomach, as it seemed bigger then normal. I turned sideways, looking at it. I pulled on some dark blue boot cut jeans, pulling out my cream long pea coat jacket. I slide my boots on, as i fixed the scarf around my neck. I headed downstairs, waiting for Roderick to pull up.

The talk between my dad and I played in my mind. What if Roderick couldn't get his scholarship for football because of me? Because I'm pregnant. Am I holding him back from his future and dreams?

I snapped out of my thoughts, hearing someone ring the doorbell. I walked over, seeing Roderick standing there. He smiled, waving big. I saw his breath as he let out a small exhale. I invited him in.

He walked in. I looked him up and down. He had on a brown sweater, a forest green nylon vest(bubble vest), black straight legged jeans and chocolate colored polo boots to match. I wrapped my arms around him, hugging him. As I felt his soft lips touch my forehead.

Roderick: - He looked down at me, still smiling big - " Hey Baaaaaaaaah-beeeeee…." - He said to me, as I smiled, rubbing on his arm. - " You ready? I saw a few things…."

Tinashe: - I nodded my head, as I grabbed my purse. - " Bye Dad….." - I shouted out, as I heard him reply. We walked out the door, walking to his car. He held onto, keeping me warm. As he opened up my door. I got in, buckling up. As he got in a few seconds later. -

Roderick: - I could hear his teeth, as he started to shiver some. - " I need to buy a bigger jacket, I outgrew my other ones from last year. " - He said shaking his head, laughing some. He turned on the heat, as she cupped his hands in front of his mouth, blowing into them. -

I placed my warm hands on his arm, rubbing it as he looked at me, smiling. I smiled back. As he started to back out of the driveway. We rode towards this little shopping place. As he parked his car.

We walked around, as he had his arm wrapped around my waist. Pulling my closer to him, I felt his warm body against mines. As I wrapped my arm around his, rubbing on his stomach. He laughed some, I forgot how easily ticklish he happens to be. I ran my fingers across his stomach, as I heard him giggle loudly. He grabbed  my hand, pressing it against his stomach.
