Christmas was coming round the corner everyone was getting everything done for christmas as much as they can.
"So your ok that i invited Abby for christmas with us she'll be alone otherwise"Ziva says.
" of course if you didn't invite her i would of"Tony tells her as they walk in to elavtor.
"Hey maybe tonight will beable to decorate the apartment"Ziva says.
"Ok but we need to buy a tree"Tony says.
"Ok"Ziva says as they walk into the bullpen.
"Mcgee whats wrong"Ziva asked he looked stressed as Abby was with Gibbs.
"He can't make it home for christmas this year"Abby says.
"The whole family was gonna go My sister her husband my nephew my parents it hasn't been like that in years"Mcgee asked.
"I'm sorry Mcgee maybe next year"Ziva says.
"So what about this year"Abby asked as Ziva looks at Tony and he sighs.
"Probe if you wanna,Abby is spending christmas with us you can too"Tony says.
"Really"Mcgre asked.

After a boring day of paperwork everyone left home.
"Where are we"Ziva asked.
"A tree"Tony says.
"Oh yes"Ziva says as she follows him.

"Ok"Tony says as they head back.

Ziva put music on why Tony grabbs the decoration box.
"Lets get started"Tony says as they start decroting the apartment not too much just perfect for both of them together.
"Mistletoe where shall we put it"Ziva says.
"The door when Mcgee and Abby come"Tony says with a smirk.
"Not a bad idea DiNozzo"Ziva says as he puts it up as Ziva goes over kissing his cheek as he smiles.
"You have any traditions i should know about"Tony asked.
"No"Ziva says.
"Ok then"Tony says as they continue.
"Not bad if i don't say so myself"Tony says as Ziva smiles and sat on the sofa as he joins her.
"So what do you want for christmas"Tony asked.
"I thought we said we weren't getting eachother anything"Ziva says.
"Yeah but we do that every year"Tony moans.
"I just need you"Ziva says.
"Ok besides me what do you want for christmas"Tony asked.
"Surprise me"Ziva tells him as he nods "sure"Tony says.
"What about you"Ziva says.
"Do the same surprise me"Tony says as Ziva nods as he put a film on.
