Chapter 8

Regina

"What is that? A piece of paper?" Emma frowns as we stand at the town line, Cruella and Ursula stood on other side of the line

"It's a scroll, it'll lift the cloaking spell over storybrooke so they can get in" I explain, rubbing my stomach gently as it churns

"Regina, are you okay? You don't look too good" Emma asks, concern plastered on her face

"I'm fine, I'm just nervous about this" I nod, hoping my lie is convincing enough

"Regina it's okay, we've got it, if they try anything we can lock them up! Don't worry!" Emma reassures me

"Okay, let's do it" I nod, stepping forward and chucking the scroll through the cloaking spell, watching as it lands by Cruella and Ursula's feet, their faces lighting up as they see it, picking it up and climbing into the car and driving forward into the town

"Thank you Regina, you won't regret it!" Ursula smiles wickedly

"I better not" I mumble

"Welcome to storybrooke" Emma sighs

I watch as they drive away into the darkness, I know I've just made a horrible mistake, but it's too late to do anything now.

Suddenly I feel the urge to throw up, I run to a bush, only just making it before hurling into it uncontrollably.

"Jesus, Regina! Are you okay?" Emma asks, running to my side

"I'm fine, look I need to go home" I lie, trying to get away from the awkward situation

I'm about to move but I quickly regret it and end throwing up again, my knees buckling and making me fall onto the ground.

"I'm fine Emma" I mumble

"No you're not fine, I'm taking you home, you're not well! We're going to get home and you're going to get yourself better" Emma sighs, helping me up, flicking her wrists and taking me home

"Come on, let's get you inside" she huffs, walking me towards the door and pushing me inside

"What the hell is going on?" Zelena frowns, taking me into her arms

"She's not very well" Emma shrugs

"I've got it from here, thank you Emma" Zelena smiles, walking me to the couch and lying me down, Emma letting herself out

"Are you okay?" she asks, sitting beside me gently

"No" I mumble

"I did tell you not to go" I sigh, raising my eyebrow at her

"Rather than giving me the 'I told you so' lecture, hand me the trash can please" I say sarcastically, making her roll her eyes

"Here" she sighs, handing me the trash can as I hurl into it

"Ugh I can't take this anymore! If I throw up anymore I'm gonna throw up my guts!" I moan, holding my head

"Hey, it's okay you're going to be fine, you've probably just eaten something the baby didn't agree with" she reassures me

"So everything I eat upsets the baby basically? What do you want me to do starve?" I huff, glaring at my stomach

"I think we should get you to bed" Zelena decides, helping me off the couch

"Come on, get some sleep" She sighs, laying me down on the bed and pulling the cover over me

"Night sis" I whisper

"Night" she whispers back, exiting the room as I drift off into sleep
