Chapter 6 : The Cat

~Aria's POV~



After classes, I went out to see that kitten again, after a while, I got from the hill where the cat was from. I looked at the box on where the kitten was in, but I didn't see it. I searched for it everywhere, the bins, every small openings and some trees and bushes, but it was nowhere to be seen. I thought it was kiddnapped, or adopted by someone, but it really trouples me, did it went out? No, the box was too big for it to climb on.


I didn't stop looking for the kitten, and it was already 4:35 pm, I still couldn't find it, I heard a small meow from the back of the sakura trees, I heard a guy, laughing and playing with a cat, maybe, it was the kitten. I eent towards the meowing sounds, and the laughter, I saw a guy sitting down and stroking and playing with the kitten I saw earlier.


" Umm....hello? " I murmured,


" What is it? " he turned his face to me and stopping to play,


" Do you own the kitten? " I asked shyly facing the other way,


" Wasn't he yours in the first place? " he asked in confusion,


" He isn't mine, and wait.....he? " I asked slowly facing him,


" Yeah, he, is. And why were you playing with him? " he asked,


" Because he was all alone, he felt cold, thats why. " I protested,


" I see, can he be mine instead? " he said smiling and patting the kitten on the head,


" S-sure.....you can. Its not like he's mine or anything. " I replied,


" Thanks, I shall call him Ren! " he said with joy,


" Sure thing, please take care of him. " I smiled back, and bowed, leaving to my home,


He stops me by shouting me, " Hey! What's your name? "


" Umm....I am Aria. " I said, looking back at him,


" Nice name, I'm Kyoren. " he smiled while standing up and carrying the kitten in his arms,


" Nice to meet you Kyoren-san. " I smiled and bowed again,


" Eh, you can call me Kyo. " he scratched his head,


" Okay then, Kyo-san. " I smiled happily at him,



~Kyo's POV~



I smiled back at her, and waved goodbye carrying Ren with me. She left the other way while waving, and I did to, waved back. I actually fell for her, she loved cats, maybe all animals, I like kind-hearted girls like her, but she still doese'nt know, I was the guy from earlier. Oh well, I should'nt have told her that.


" Meow, meow~ " Ren looked at me,


" Good boy, Here. " I patted him and showed him a catnip branch,


He jumped down to play with it, scratching it left and right, very adorable. I stood up and jumped at a tree, hoping that Ren would find me, I guess he could'nt hear me jumping, he was too busy playing with the catnip branch. I shouted his name,


" Ren, find me! " I shouted, laughing inside my mind,


" Meow, meow..... " he whimpered, looking around the area,


" He is so cute... " I said clearly but quietly,



-Aria's POV~



" Geez, I didn't get to have Ren...-- ?! I started calling him what Kyo-san said! " I started to panic,


" Hey, what do you mean, Kyo? " a voice ran through my ear,


I turned around, slowly. I saw a guy with emerald-green eyes with gray hair, it was the guy I bumped into the other day, I don't even have a clue what he'll react to.


" Umm....yes? " I asked turning around,


" Who is Kyo that your talking about? " he said and asked,


" Umm...... he has emerald-green eyes-- " I stopped,


Wait, that reminds me, Kyo-san DID have emerald-green eyes at the eyes of this guy, Are they brothers? Because they look alike, but have different hair colors.


" Why did you stop? " he asks looking straight into my eyes,


" Nothing. " I continued, " He has blonde messy hair, and as tall as you are. " I said,


" So, he is back. " he murmured,


" Excuse me, but who? " I asked him, looking to his eyes,


" My....brother. " he said.
