I flew to my house as a dove. It felt so good, soaring above the world below, so free as the wind blew against me, ruffling my white feathers. To see everything underneath disappear underneath me as I flew through the clouds.

I landed, and transformed in the safety of the forest, and then walked to my house. I knocked on the door, which Sam answered. (Incase you forgot, Sam is my foster mum) She smiled at me and opened the door. She didn't dare ask any questions for fear of the answer. She didn't want much to do with the Angels you see. All too complicated for her.

I went upstairs and got my stuff. I packed all  my clothes into bags, and all the other stuff I might need such as toiletries.

I spotted my diary lying open on my desk. There was a date written in bright colours two days away. It said,

"Prom today!"

I gasped. I had completely forgot about it.

I flicked through my diary when the dates caught my eyes. Realisation filled me, and tears welled behind my eyes.

My period was two weeks late.

Sorry that its short :/
