Annie's POV

Woke up. Got dressed. Did all that shit.

Yep. Same old routine with Brennan in my head.

I sighed heading downstairs to eat breakfast with my family. Dad promised he would get Caleb and I a car for our birthday this December so we'll just have to wait till we get all that crap gets done

*Bell rings*

"Gotta get to class, Babe. Love you!" Melissa kisses Brennan's cheek

"Yeah. Me too. Bye sis" Caleb purses his lip nodding his head

"Goodluck with your test Caleb" I say waving him goodbye

Katie stood there smiling at me. She's still kind of disappointed in Brennan and she didn't even bother making eye contact with him.

"Bye Annie" Katie hugs me and I hug her back, then she walks off

"Bye" I hug her back

 Immediately when Katie pulls away from our hug, she runs off pretending like Brennan wasn't even there

"Yeah. Okay" Brennan says raising my hands to the air to surrender

"We gotta get to class" I drag Brennan to the classroom

"Easy girl!" Brennan chuckles

"Make me" I say sticking out my tongue

Brennan then gives me a death glare and sighs heavily. I raise a brow as I let him go. He then picks me up from the ground

"Fine. You win" I say as he puts me down

By that time, we were already in the classroom. I looked around seeing someone I wished I never even saw again.... Jace

I had mixed emotions. Why was he here? What was he doing in my class? Is he gonna bother me? And above all, why the fuck is he staring at me? 

I started hyperventilating or something. 

"You okay Annie?" He asks patting my back

Brennan glanced over to see who I was looking at and that's when it all went down

"Oh shit" He mumbled 

Jace smirked as he saw Brennan and I staring at him. We tried staying away from him but it was too late. He walked over to us and smirked while looking at me up and down

"Damn Julianna. Not bad at all" He says checking me out 

"Stay the hell away from her" Brennan says sternly as he moves closer to me

Jace smirks and roll his eyes. God I hate that smirk! I could feel my heart beat. My hand was clenched and my fist was as hard as stone

"Wow. I'm so scared" Jace says sarcastically "Stay away from her!" He mocks Brennan

Brennan and I looked at each other, trying to hold each other's temper

"But I gotta say Annie. I'd wanna touch that ass tonight" Jace says walking behind me

I could swear he was looking at my ass. Brennan's jaw was clenched. I was biting the inside of my cheeks. I was in the verge of crying in anger. I continued giving him death glares but that smirk on his fucking face was pissing me off like hell.
