chapter 12: The Marriage Proposal

                       ~1 month later~

   Today I am going to ask Grace to marry me and I hope she says yes.

      I am on my way to get Grace for dinner and I have a very important question to ask her and I know she has been waiting for this question for a while now .

       So I texted Grace and said "get ready and please wear something nice I am taking you out for dinner and a movie and I love you" and Grace texted back "okay , I am already dressed and I love you too" and so I was almost there when I noticed that I forgot the ring so I had to go back to my house to get it. After I got the ring I put it in my jacket pocket so I can't lose it and I went to go pick up Grace for dinner and a movie.As soon as I pulled up in her driveway she was standing at the door and so I got out and opened her door for her and helped her in my truck.I gave her a kiss and said " you look very beautiful tonight "and Grace said " thank you babe and where are we going" and I said " it is a suprise , but I promise you will love it" .

     Then Grace said "I am so happy I am with you and that soon we will have our family " and I said " Grace I love you and our baby so much"and Grace said"I love you too so much babe"

       When we got to the restaurant , I said" Taylor party of 2 please" and the host said " please follow me if you would " and so we followed her to our table and she said " the waiter will be here soon to take your order" and I said "thank you " and so we was waiting for the waiter to come and me and Grace started talking about our baby and names for him/her, and then our waitef came and said " what would you like to drink tonight " and I said" coke for me and dr.pepper for the lady" and the waiter said "I will have that right out for you " and so we continued our conversation about our baby.

     So the waiter came back with our drinks and said " have you figured out what you would like or do I need to come back" and Grace said " can I please have the 6oz steak with French fries and applesauce" and I said "the same for me please" and the waiter said"your food will be here soon so here are some breadsticks while you wait". I said " thank you" and so we was sitting there, I am about to ask her and so I did I got down on one knee and said "Grace Masen , will you marry me ? " and Grace said " yes , Cam I will marry you" and so I put the ring on her finger and gave her a kiss and then our food came and we ate and then I paid for our food and then we left for the movie .
