Alright my Unbreakable people this one's for you. I've forgotten if I named Erwin's parents so if these names aren't the same I'm sorry. I looked to see if a name was ever mentioned but I couldn't find any.

To anyone else who is reading this plot is from one of my multifandom fanics.

Levi

"Alright son you listen to me. On tonight's mission you don't leave my side. Got it?" Dad snaps as he loads our guns.

"Yes sir." I reply tonelessly.

"Rivaille!" Mother calls causing me to turn back.

She's got tears in her eyes as she holds out my Steele. I reach out to take it but before my fingers touch it I get slapped so hard I nearly fall.

"What have I told you about those damn things?!" Dad shouts at me.

"Please honey just let him take it!" Mom pleads but dad just sends her a glare. She turns and leaves before a tear ever falls from her eyes.

"If I ever see you tryin' to touch one of them again I'll knock you out!" Dad threatens.

"Yes sir." I whisper.

Dad goes back to preparing our weapons. I wonder if Farlan is coming on this trip? I hope not. I'm not sure what I'd do if he got hurt.

"Dad do you know if Farlan is coming?" I ask and try to hide the fear in my voice.

If Dad finds out about what's going on between Farlan and I there's no telling what he'd do to me. I can't help it that Farlan won my heart. I can't help that I just want to lay in his arms all day just because I know if I'm there he's safe.

"No. The brats Steele broke and he can't get another till next week." Dad snaps before tossing me a gun. "They're raising their son to be a pansy."

"Farlan is a good fighter Dad. His parents just want him to stay safe."

Smack!

I'm on the ground with my arms held in front of my face for protection. Really I'm use to his abuse.

"Don't you stand up for that pansy!" Dad shouts.

"B-but Dad! He's my friend!"

"You want another boy?" Dad growls so I shut up.

"Now let's go before we're late."

I follow as obediently as ever behind my dad. One day I'll show him what a man Farlan really is.

Time Skip (3 days)

I sit in a room alone. They're dead.....both my parents gone. They're going to let me see Farlan once more before they ship me off to wherever I'm going.

Dad took a bullet for me and mom hung herself from the curtains hanging in the window. It's all my fault they're dead. It's all my fault....

"Levi!" My eyes widen as Farlan flings himself at me.
