Nash's POV

"Nash" Victoria called in a whisper, I hurried over to her and she grabbed my arms "where's Kate?" "In her hospital room, why?" I said, her eyes widened and she ran down the corridor, I ran after her and finally we got to the room "Rahnna No!" Victoria screamed as she slammed her body against the door, I looked inside and seen her straddling Kate and laughing before Kate slumped limply over the bed "Kate!" I screamed before breaking the handle and getting inside, Victoria used her powers to paralyze Rahnna where she stood "you stupid bitch!" Victoria shouted, I lifted a limp Kate into my arms and her head flopped, I froze staring at her peaceful face as anger boiled inside me, I looked at Rahnna before I looked back at Kate

Then I placed her properly on the bed before I stormed over to Rahnna, and slammed my hand through her chest, she gasped and looked down as blood streamed from her mouth, Victoria let me do this to her and from what I guessed Victoria knew her well, I snarled at Rahnna before biting her, she cried out but I covered her mouth with my free hand before tearing the skin off her neck, I was so angry right now, then a arm pulled me away "what are you doing?" Charles asked before we heard movement from behind us

We all slowly looked around to see Kate staring at us, I released Rahnna and her body hit the floor, Mary appeared suddenly and gasped "what?!" Kate snapped before touching her head in pain "what are you going to complain about now? Huh!?" She snapped "I'm the one who just got my neck snapped" she froze for a moment before looking at me "Nash!" She cried "I'm dead oh god I'm dead" I screamed, I ran over to her and hugged her "in a way she's right, she is dead" Mary said smartly, my hand snapped out and grabbed her by the throat, she shut up then and there, I released her and stroked Kate's hair, she looked up at me with tears flowing down her face before I seen the red appear "what's that?" She groaned, her head snapped around at the blood bag, her breath became harsher before she lunged towards the bag and began drinking it, I was in shock right now, then I remembered the blood I gave her and mentally slapped myself, for forgetting that piece of information

This means I am her maker, she looked at me before crying "why am I doing this!" She sobbed, I looked around and everyone nodded, I lifted her and sped back home "Nash I'm hungry" Kate groaned "I know just hold on Kate, I will get you food" I whispered before slamming through our front door, then she screamed as the transition began, she fell out of my arms and began crawling back towards me before holding my leg

"It's burning!" She screamed as she held her head "I know" I whispered slowly sinking to the ground, I never thought she'd be in this situation, "it'll be over soon" I added as she squirmed on the floor "Nash!" She screamed and I couldn't help the tears that streamed down my cheeks, her head fell onto my lap as she continued to scream and her fangs finally came through "just kill me!" She cried "it'll be over soon" I repeated, I remember when I was turned, Krona found me snooping in his home, I was curious young man, and everyone thought I was crazy to even go near that spooky castle, but I did because I heard I could find a way to make me better and keep me alive, all I wanted was to see my 20th birthday, but I got more than I bargained for, Krona found me snooping and killed me on the spot, but not until he gave me a drink of some 'wine' which, of course, turned out to be his blood, the transition stage killed and now the girl I love was screaming in pain, just like all of us have.

Kate twitched every so often but her transition was at it's end now, I lightly stroked her hair as her head rested in the middle of my crossed legs, she flinched again before going still for a moment, her heart beat finally slowed, I closed my eyes savouring that sound and suddenly it stopped, that's it, she was now a vampire, I wiped the tears from her cheeks and just waited for her eyes to open

Charles suddenly appeared beside me and stroked her hair "she's changed alot already" he said softly, I nodded and looked up at him, he stroked the tears on my cheeks and smiled, "lay her down on the couch" he frowned, I shook my head not wanting to move "come on" he whispered, I slowly scooped her into my arms and lay her down on the couch before kissing her forehead
