Chapter 7: The Meet Up
*Viola's POV*
Me & Louis finally arrived at Starbucks. I looked around and found Jake. He was already looking at me. I could barely look at me after all he did. He saw me with Lou and stood up. "Violet, I missed you babe." He came in for a kiss or a hug but I stepped back. "What the hell was that for?" He said confused.
"Listen Jake, things haven't been the same after you left…"
"Listen, I'm really sorry about that."
"But I got a boyfriend…"
"You WHAT?" He held up his hand to slap me. I closed my eyes but I opened them to see Louis' shadow covering me. He stood in front of me and held Jake's hand. "Don’t you dare touch her. She's my girl and I think I know how to treat her right." Without even turning to give him one last look, Louis turned and took my hand. "Let's go babe."He put his arm around me and kissed my forehead as we made our way to the door.
*Caitlin's POV*
The only thing I've been thinking of is Niall. Too bad he wasn't thinking of me at all. We haven't talked for such a long time! Well, I might be exaggerating. It's been a week since we last talked. Ever since, he hasn't replied to my texts or answered my phone calls. I loved him. I really truly did. He puts on a smile on my face that no one ever put. He makes me feel special. But I don’t know what I mean to him. What was I thinking? I came home today and just plopped my bags and my books down. I heard my mom calling my name downstairs. "Yeah mom?"
"Hey hun. Someone must've slipped this under the door. It has your name on it so here you go."She said with a smile. She handed me a red envelope that had "CAITLIN" on it.
"Thanks mom." I hugged her and went upstairs to read the letter:
"Dear Caitlin, I have a lot of explaining to do. Wait for me at the park at 4pm. I love you.xx –Come and you'll find out(;"
I didn’t know who it was. But I'll go. I mean what have I got to lose. It was around 3. I ate lunch, finished my homework, and then took a shower. I put on my Hollister dark red sweatpants, and a grey hoodie. As I was making my way to the park, I couldn't stop thinking of Niall. He was my everything. Although I've only met him like two weeks ago, I feel as if I've known him forever. I got to the park but it was empty. As I sat down on the benches, I felt two hands over my eyes. "Guess who?" A guy with an American accent said. I took the hands off my eyes and turned to find Niall. He had that beautiful smile on his face. "If I spoke in the Irish accent you would've known me right away." He said with a wink. I threw my arms around him hugging him tight. I never wanted to let go. I wanted him to always stay with me this close. Finally he let go. He took my hand, "Caitlin, I know I've screwed up. I came here so I can explain why I did this."
"It's okay Niall. Really."
"No its not okay. Listen, the second I saw you, I wanted you to be mine. As we become closer, I became sure that I loved you. But I wanted to know if I could live without you. I tried and tried. The first hour went okay. The second hour went by fine. As each hour passed, I died a bit inside. By the 1st day, I couldn’t stop annoying the boys. I talked and talked about how much I love you and I made them crazy." At that he paused and we laughed. Still holding my hand, he said these 6 words that I've been waiting so long to hear; "Caitlin, will you be my girlfriend?" He came in closer till our foreheads were touching. Then, he gently kissed my lips but it turned into a French kiss. "I'd be glad to Niall Horan." I was smiling from ear to ear. I couldn't believe it. FINALLY, I had my perfect boy.
*Niall's POV*
I FINALLY GOT HER. I didn’t expect her to forgive me for what I did, but she did. I loved her with all I am. She was my future. I just love her. It was the weekend and I asked her if she'd want to spend the day with me. She said sure. We went to my house and put a movie. It was around 8pm right now. We decided to choose a movie, make popcorn and snuggle in together. My folks weren’t home today. My mom was out of town and my dad was on a business trip. We decided to watch the movie "The Notebook". The popcorn was all ready. I put my feet on the couch, and wrapped my arms around Caitlin. She laid her head on my shoulder and we watched the movie. I kept on kissing her on her head. We were half way through the movie when we both fell asleep, our heads on each other. I woke up to a black screen as the movie was over. I lifted my head up and Caitlin woke up. "What happened?" She looked beautiful. "The movie's over beautiful. Do you wanna go to sleep now?"
"Yeah sure." I carried her upstairs to my bed. I put her down and snuggled next to her. With her head on my chest, we fell asleep.
