Obviously I’ve just received this letter now, because I was at my Aunts of course.

I love you(<A/N:supposed to be crossed out!)

All I have to say is Merry Christmas.

I sighed looking towards the presents I had already unwrapped.

I had saved Draco’s to open last and I was scared sh+ttless to open it.

It was our first Christmas as a couple and what if I didn’t like the present.

Oh I hoped he liked mine.

I took the little box from under my bed and slowly opened it.

“Oh my god.” I whispered as I took the breathtaking necklace out of the box.

The chain was pure gold and there was a Slytherin snake and a Gryffindor lion inside a heart. The snake was lined with emeralds and the lion lined with rubies.

“Oh it’s beautiful.” I whispered to myself.

“What’s beautiful?” Hermione’s voice whispered from my door.

I turned around and motioned for her to come to me.

“Look.” I said giving her my necklace.

“Omigod.” She said smiling.

I grinned. “I know right.”

“Did you read what he engraved on the back!” She squealed.

“No let me see it!” I said.

I took the necklace back and on the back of the heart it read:

To: Amelia.

I want to spend the rest of my life with you.

From: Draco

I smiled.

“You have to put it on!” She said taking the necklace back.

I laughed. “Okay.”

She put the necklace around my neck as I held my hair up.

“There.” She said when she had it secure.

I put my hair down and looked at it in the mirror.

When it first touched my skin and glowed red and green but now that it is settled the glow faded.

“Wow.” Hermione said.

I smiled. Draco was my life now. If I lost him it would be devastating.

I want everyone to love him as much as I do.

“Thanks for the history of Potions book by the way Mione. It’s really great.” I said smiling at her.

“No problem! Thanks for the history of magic book.” She said.
