Why can't I control myself?
I tried everything I just read
I lose control
I didn't even know
My body isn't following what my minds says
I don't even want to see your face
My blood is boiling
And you stopped laughing
What was that behavior I've shown?
Tsk! I want to be alone!

When you get mad, do you lose control? I do. Does it seem like you cannot control the rest of your body? Do you suddenly shout, throw things you're holding, etc? I do. It's kinda annoying for me because I have this behavior. I tried changing it but I can't. I've been reading ways to be calm but I didn't even know how to start! Arg!
