I was awake.
He gave me a kiss. It broke the spell. I should've told ohm sooner, but he had to figure it out himself or I would've died.
"Tristan, I love you.", I said as we both cried.
"As I love you, love.", he said as he stopped crying.
He climbed into the bed with me. He put his arm around me and I snuggled closer to him. Everything felt right in the world at this exact moment in time. Like this is where I'm meant to be forever, in the arms of my mate. I laid my head on his chest as he moved up to sit up straight on the headboard of our bed.
"Tristan...honey you need to sleep.", I said and by that time he was already asleep.
