Did Not See That Coming *On Hold*

Chapter 12

"Where is she?" Danny moaned.

"The pizza should've been here a half hour ago!" I whispered.

The phone vibrated, and I read the text Jenny sent.

I'm sorry!! Max doesn't want to leave, and I can't think of a good excuse to go to the basement. :(

"Ugh! Jenny!"

"What?" Danny asked, coming up behind me, and wrapping his arms around my waist. I layed my head back on his shoulder, and kissed his neck.

"Jenny can't think of an excuse to get us some damn food."

"I'm sick of this." Danny said, moving away from me.

"Where are you going?"

"Get some damn food." He then made his way upstairs.

That idiot is going to get us caught! I quietly went up the stairs, and I can hear Max.

"Who are you?"

"I'm Jenny's long lost cousin." Danny answered.

"You have a long lost cousin?"

"Apparently." Was Jenny's smart answer.

"I was just sleeping, and I smelled the pizza. Mind if I take some?"

"Uh, sure." Max said.

It was silent for a minute.

"Woah, dude. You can eat six pieces of pizza?"

"It's a talent of mine. Plus I'm starving."

"Gotcha."

"Oh, by the way I'm Danny."

"Max. Jenny's boyfriend."

"Glad, Jenny can find a good guy." There was a smile in Danny's voice.

"Yeah. Do you have a lady?"

"Indeed I do."

"What's she like?"

"Gorgous. Smart, funny, loving, cute. All that shit." He laughed.

Four words describe me? Hm...Interesting.

"Looks?"

I heard a smack, and I'm guessing Jenny smacked Max.

"What?! I want to know!"

"She's beautiful. No words can describe her looks. To me, she's unique. Special. One of a kind."

I got teary eyed. Danny's the best boyfriend ever.

"Awh!" Jenny squealed.

"Well, I'm starving. I'm going to go eat." Danny said.

"You can eat right here you know." Max said.

"I know. But, I need to call my girl. Nice meeting you."

"Same."

Danny made his way downstairs, and stopped when he saw me sitting on the top step.

"What's wrong?" He whispered.

I smiled, and shook my head.

Danny, you just made me fall in love with you all over again.

Yeah, I know I said it would be a longer chapter, and I'm sorry!!! While I was away, I brought a book...And me and books are never a good mix when I need to write.

But I got my book done in three days!! :D hehe

I was reading The Hunger Games. Nothing I've ever read before. It's good. But I'm not obsessed. THANK GOD!!!  (Go read it!! Trust me on this!! I NEVER lie about books:) )

Anyway, I was also working on Three Guys...2. So that's another reason this didn't get a longer chapter...BUT I'M TRYING!! I refuse to give this story up!

I'll update soon!! I'm trying to get longer chapters, but it's coming to the end of summer, and I'm getting kinda busy. But not busy enough to stop writing. I always write a little bit at night. I mean, what else is there to do at 12am? lol :)
