Anthony POV

I was pacing back & forth I called Nicki more than 20 times she's still not answering she should have been home by then its been two hours when I called her job they said she never came back from her lunch break

I heard a knock at the door rushing towards it hoping & praying that it was Nicki but when I opened it my face just frowned but turned into a sad smile to see my brother standing there he's a detective & good at it

“Hey what's up bro I came soon as you called” he said coming in & putting his work stuff down he followed me to the kitchen where Destiny & Nicki at sitting at the table

“Yall this my little brother Trey, Trey this is Corey & Destiny, Nicki's cousins” I said introducing them he shook Corey hand & hugged Destiny not without looking at her for a minute with a glint in his eyes

He pulled away then looked at me“When was the last time y'all saw her” he asked

“She went to work this morning & was supposed to be back at 5 but they said she never came back from her break” I explained to him I handed him a picture of her “Here this how she looks” I said

“Ok I got all this down now if we can find out where she was last seen at then I think we can find her” he said writing all that down

“Are you for sure that you can find her” Destiny asked looking worried & scared

“Im certain that we will find her & bring her home safely” he told her with a reassuring smile

He grabbed his laptop & went to work I went upstairs to my room, closed the door got in my bed & layed down to rest my head I can't believe all this is happening to us I just want my baby back to hold her in my arms rub her belly kiss all over her I pray nothing happens to her or our unborn child
