Secretly Shattered

Brittle bones,

snap swiftly.

Falling feverishly,

Like frigid flurries,

Through the somber sky.

Profusely puncturing

The geranium ground,

Shattering sharply,

Like glistening glass.

Rapidly receding

Into the silky snow,

Eternally entrapped under a

Swelling sea

Of ivory ice.
