"Oh my gosh!" I scream as Louis shows me the DVD he'd brought over, "You didn't tell me we were going to watch The Notebook!" I grab the DVD from him and start dancing around my bedroom. As promised, I'm going to watch a chick flick that Eleanor recommended with Louis. So that's why he's over at my place.

He laughs, "So, based on your enthusiasm and horrible dancing skills, I take it that this is a good movie?" He asks, raising an eyebrow at me.

I stop dancing, and smile from ear to ear. "It's an AMAZING movie!" I shout, completely ignoring the insult he made at my dancing. I turn the TV on and place the DVD in. I sit on the bed whilst Louis decides to sit on the floor, in front of the bed.

"Who's this Ryan Gosling anyway?" he asks.

"How could you not know him?" I shriek. "And how come you haven't watched this movie yet? You're unbelievable, Lou!"

He chuckles, crossing his arms and looking up at me, "I'm not such a big fan of chick flicks. I'm only watching this because Eleanor told me to. And when she asks me if I watched it, I don't want to lie to her." He winks.

"Naww," I say, patting his head, "You're such a great boyfriend, Lou."

"I know, I know." He smiles as the movie starts. He grabs the bowl of popcorn on the bed, and starts munching away, not bothering to give me any. How nice!

I blush at the scene when Rachel McAdams smacks her ice-cream on Ryan's face. It reminds me of the day when Liam and I were in the park, goofing around. I sigh, Liam. Weird enough for me to admit it, but I missed Liam. The last time we saw each other was on Monday, but we've been talking over the phone this whole week, despite the fact that I kept dozing off every night we talked. It wasn't my fault, I was so tired. And as kind as Liam was, he understood me.

Suddenly, we hear a knock on my bedroom door. Louis and I look at the door, then at each other. We aren't expecting anyone else, or maybe it's just my Dad. Louis goes back to watching the movie as I get up from the bed and walk towards the door. I open it, and I am taken by surprise.

"Surprise!" Liam yells, smiling from ear to ear. "I brought pizza!" He lifts the box of pizza he's carrying.

"Hey!" I greet him, pulling him in for a hug. "I didn't know you were coming." I smile.

"Yeah, well. I wanted to see you." He smiles back. "You're watching something?" he looks inside, opening the door much wider.

"Yup. Louis' here too. We're watching The Notebook." I reply.

He grins and walks inside. "Hey Louis! I didn't know you were here!"

Louis looks up at Liam, quite surprised. "Hey mate! I also didn't know you were coming!" They do this man-hug thing. "Oo! Pizza!" Louis grabs the pizza box from Liam and starts eating it all. He goes back to his spot on the floor as Liam sits on the bed. I walk over and sit next to him.

"I'm sorry, I should have called first," He whispers, apologizing, "I didn't want to interrupt."

I smile reassuringly, "It's fine, really."

He smiles back and looks at the TV, watching along. Who knew that boys would actually be interested in chick flicks? Especially when it's The Notebook?

Once the movie is over, Liam has already fallen asleep with his head on my lap and his feet dangled off the bed. Louis looks back, smiling at the sight of Liam sleeping. "Here, let me help." He gets up on his feet, and lifts Liam's head carefully, trying not to wake him up. He puts Liam's head on the pillow, and puts the covers on top of him.

"Thanks Louis." I smile, switching the lights off.

Louis tiptoes towards the door, with me following him behind. "He's too heavy for me to carry home. Sorry if he has to crash in your place."
