Then Nandini went to Manik and asked and was crying and asked "Manik how I Rishab?"
Just then the doctor came and said "Rishab's condition is critical we all trying our level best and the chances are very less and we have to do an operation"
Then Fab4 arrives and Nandini says to the doctor "doctor I don't do anything call doctors from anywhere but Rishab should be fine I love him more than anything"
And then the doctor went and Nandini fell down and was crying loudly and then Fab5 came and hugged her

And then she got up and Manik made her sit on a chair he sat beside her and said "Nandini don't cry I am always with u" and then she hold his hand tightly and closed her hands and after 4 hours the doctor came from the operation theatre and Nandini rushed to him and asked "Doctor how is Rishab?" and Manik asked "Doctor is Rishab ok?"
Doctor said "I am sorry we tried our level best but we couldn't save him the attack was very serious"
Nandini fell that time and Manik hold her tightly and then Nandini was crying and said "Manik Rishab is not my real brother when he was adopted as he was lying on the road and crying and dad searched for his parents but couldn't find so dad adopted then I had 2 brothers one was a year older than me who was missing after that accident and one is Rishab and today I lost him also and I am again alone"
Manik hugged her tightly and said "Nandini u r not alone I am with u I will never leave u don't cry Nandu and u remember u are my star who always shines for me so plz don't cry for my sake plz Nandu plz"
Then Nandini got a call from Navya Cabir picked the call and told her everything and then Navya came to the hospital as fast she could and saw Nandini hugging Manik tightly and then became very bold and the next morning she did all the rituals and said "guys I will meet u later I am going home" she went home got drunk and went to her room and locked it and broke all the things and in the evening Manik came to her house then the sevants told him everything so Manik entered her room by the window and saw the room was completely dark and everything was broken and lying here and there and Nandini sitting in a corner and crying
