"So you mean, I'll be sleeping here?"

Nasa may mini sala siya at nakapamaywang. Iniikot niya ang paningin sa kabuuan ng kwarto.

"Hm."

"You and I? In the same room?" Papagtatama niya.

"Hm."

She sighed. There goes that 'hm' word again! She almost stomped her foot on the floor in irritation!

"In the same bed...?"

Mariin siyang napapikit habang naghihintay ng sagot. She swear if she even hear the word—

"Hm."

She gasped outloud! That's it! Mabilis siyang nagmulat ng mga mata at saka nagmartsa sa walk in closet kung nasaan ito.

Nakatalikod ito sa kanya at mukhang abala sa kung anong ginagawa. Hindi niya iyon makita dahil nakaharang sa paningin niya ang nakabukas na pintuan ng closet.

"I will not sleep in the same bed with you, you oaf!"

Napalingon naman ito sa kanya, he frowned. "Hm?"

Oh God! "Are you even listening to me?" Nagtitimping singhal niya.

He was about to talk but she instantly raised her palm in front of him. Tumigil naman ito agad.

"Hear me first. I..." She put one hand over her chest. "... am not going to sleep on the same bed with you!"

He turned his back on her. "Okay."

She was taken aback. "What? Just like that?"

Muli itong humarap sa kanya. "Why, you want me to sleep with you instead?" He smirked.

"N-No!"

"Then hindi tayo magtatabi."

"W-where are you going to sleep then?" Nagdududang tanong niya.

"Sa sofa. Convertible iyon into bed."

"Oh, okay..."

Doon tumaas ang isang kilay nito sa kanya. "What? You really thought I'd sleep on the same bed with you? Give me more credit than that, you're grace. You have the face, yes, but... you're just not my type..." He shrugged nonchalantly.

Muli itong tumalikod upang ipinagpatuloy ang ginagawa.

Naiwan siyang nakatayo lang doon habang bagsak ang panga sa sahig. What did he just say? Did he just spouted some feminist remark on her person?!

She scoffed outloud! She walked around him and stood in front of him.

"How dare you spout such nonsense in... " She trailed off. Her eyes immediately went down on the flimsy garment in his hand. Ganoon na lamang ang panlalaki ng mga mata niya ng mapagtanto kung ano iyon!

"Do not touch that!" Sigaw niya kasabay ng paghablot sa victoria secret laced panties na itinutupi nito kasama ng iba pang underwears niya. Nanlaki ang mga mata niya. "Why... why are you holding these?" Is he a pervert...?!

"Inaayos ko lang ang mga gamit mo dito sa closet ko." Kibit balikat nitong sagot. Na parang balewala lang dito na nahawakan nito ang underwear niya!

Ewan niya pero bigla na lang siyang tinubuan ng panibagong inis para dito.

"You have no right to do it!"

He smirked, "I assumed you never folded any cloth in your whole life, so I just took it to myself to do the honors, your grace."

She gave him a look of disbelief. God, this man is really testing her patience! Wala pang beinte-kwatro oras silang magkasama pero talagang sinusubukan nito ang pasensya niya!
