We made shelter in a covering of palms in the swamp. We started to plan our rescue mission.
"He's probably been eaten anyway so let's just go home!" Suggested Connor.
"We can't go home without Tobey. He's the only time elemental. He's our only chance of getting home!" I shouted back.
"Alex, where was the pterodactyl flying to?" Asked Elanor.
"I don't know, I was knocked unconscious before I could see the end of the cave." Explained Alex.
"Then, let's go back to the cave!" Suggested Elanor.

It seemed like a good idea so we walked back to what was left of the cave. A massive pile of rubble. Beyond the pile of rocks and stone was a volcano and high above, towards the top of the volcano was the pterodactyl from the start perched up in it's nest with it's extraordinarily huge eggs and Tobey, still unconscious with his head against a rough pillow of sticks and twigs.
"How on earth do we climb a flipping volcano?!" Asked Connor.
"I guess we just climb?" Suggested Tia.
"Seriously?! We're going to climb a five hundred foot volcano and you just say "I guess we just climb?" Expressed Connor.
"What's your deal?!" Asked Tia.
"What's my deal?! I'm an ice elemental and my powers are useless in these kinds of magma based biomes and so if we all almost die-"
"Chill out" Tia interrupted.

And so after Connor's spaz-out, we begun to climb the volcano. It was basically like rock-climbing in my opinion. That is until the rock slide begun. BBBBRRRRRGGGGGTMBLLLLLLLLLLLFFFFFFFFFPHH!!!!!!!!
Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaahhh!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Close to me was a roofing ledge which sheltered me from the rock slide.
"EVERYONE!! QUICK!! TO THIS LEDGE!!" I screamed. Everyone made it to the ledge except Connor who was gripping as tight as he could to a pair of pebbles.
"I TOLD YOU I WAS GOING TO DIE ON THIS VOLCANO!" Screamed Connor.
"YOU'RE NOT DEAD YET!" I shouted back making a sarcastic joke even though I had no idea weaver Connor was going to get hurt or not.

Luckily he actually survived with a minor wound on his left arm. He couldn't continue to climb so Elanor took him to the bottom to take care of him. Later as we climbed, the heat temperatures became unbearable and a loud explosion was heard from the top of the volcano.
