"Ano pong basa dito?" Intoy asked as he read the book he is holding.

"Freedom"

These books are not really for kids since libro ko ito noong pinaghahandaan ko ang isasabuhay kong tao as given by Gavin at yung mga binibili ko lang. These books are mainly on science pero kinaya nilang basahin. These children are dedicated and determined to learn. I envy them and at the same time, I pity them. The world deprived them of the chance to learn while those who don't even have plans and goals in life are showered with everything that life has to offer. How unfair.

One of the children asked.

After leaving this place, my body and mind are like being attracted and pulled to this place. The fresh air in this place is like a drug, the more I experience to be in this place the more I want to be here. Hinahanap.hanap ko kapag nasa syudad ako. I kinda feel that peace of mind.

I pat his head and he just smiled at me. Kids are really pure and innocent. You'll just get tired hanggang sa mawalan ka na lang ng gana and eventually become a human-robot like me.

May iba pa silang tawag kay sister but I guess somehow Allie influenced them on using another language.

I get the box that she's holding. It's quite heavy.

I actually wanted to ask what's inside, but I don't want to be nosy. I just smiled and bid goodbye to the kids before leaving. Allie is always staying there at pumupunta lang ako tuwing may pagkakataon.

I searched for her in the tree house but she's not there.

Another cold breeze touched my skin. This is what I love in places like this. Mataas, mahangin at malamig. Tamang tama kung gusto mong magpahinga.

I decided to open the box. I wonder what life would be kung ito ang nakagisnan kong lugar at pamumuhay.

Allie has a mother like a nun who takes care of her, siblings that give her happiness and this place she called home. She's lucky.

"Anong ginagawa mo dito?" I looked at this girl with purple eyes na halos hindi pa nakakaakyat sa kubo.

"Sister Marie asked me to bring this here." I showed her the box and she just nodded.

"Where have you been?" I asked her this time. She stared at me for a while bago sumagot.

I can't help myself but smile. It feels different.

"What are you smiling at?"

"Nothing. You can get anything here for free while you need to buy everything you need in the city for you to survive." I commented. This place is something that needs to be protected from the inevitable changing of the world. It's something that should remain like this. Something pure and divine that should be taken good care of.
