Chapter Twenty-one: The final stage

Lucy POV:

I took a deep breath as I prepared myself for the intense battle that will take place and I refuse to lose. The best thing about marking each other before the match is that if we are near each other than we are nearly 3 times stronger than we were before mating but if we are away from each other our power is below average. I look over at Rogue and smile "Ready?" I ask and he nods before kissing my lips "I'll protect you and you'll have my back" I hear him say and I giggle "Isn't it Sting's thing to be arrogant?" He playfully rolls his eyes and starts walking out and I run after him "hey wait for me!" I yell and he stops and throws me over his shoulder "What am I luggage?" I ask sarcastically and he just smiles and continues walking. 

*Time Skip- right before it starts....brought to you by Wendy kissing Romeo and he gets a massive nosebleed*

Everyone is in their stance to begin the epic battle that is to take place here and now, Rogue held my hand and I could feel my power increasing quickly. He looked over at me and softly smiled. I take in a deep breath and the clock starts counting down from 3

3- 'Everything will be okay'

2- 'We're here to win'

1- 'I cant lose!'

Just like that everyone made a mad dash for it, looking for literally anyone to take out. Rogue and I came face to face with Kagura and Millianna, Kagura was staring me down like I was some kind of monster and Millianna already started to try and get Rogue. Rogue was more playing around with her because he could've easily taken her out with only a few blows, I on the other hand really had to try. Kagura was the best at what she did and I don't think she's ever failed to win a fight, it didn't take a whole lot outta me magic wise but she really did tire me out. I finally beat her after what felt like forever and left her lay there unconscious. We started running again and ran into many more people and soon enough, half of the guilds were already taken out by both Sabertooth and The Fairy Tail teams. Sabertooth had the leading numbers and all of their members while Fairy Tail has all their people but are slacking in strength to go on. It's just us two guilds now and we come face to face, suddenly we all begin to fight. Rogue and I took on the two strongest which was Erza and Natsu while our nakama got everyone else. I handled Erza and I let Rogue have Natsu, I have to admit that even though their magic power wasn't as strong as ours they never lost the will to fight or the will to win. I realized that my teammates were running out of steam fast and I decided to chant a spell that I literally thought I'd never use in my life

"Yoru no supirittsu, konshū watashi o tasukete. Yoru no supirittsu, watashi wa suimin o fuyo suru no ni yakudachimasu.

Yoru no supirittsu, konshū watashi o tasukete. Yoru no supirittsu, watashi wa suimin o fuyo suru no ni yakudachimasu.

Just like that everyone on the Fairy Tail team dropped to the ground in a deep slumber and I fell down in exhaustion and it was all over. Rogue looked over at me and smiled before crawling over and kissing my lips for what seemed like forever but I enjoyed it.

A/N: So I had issues with this chapter but here it is, btw the Japanese means 'Spirits of the Night,Help me this week.Spirits of the Night,Help me grant sleep.'  I know it's cheesy but who cares.
