I do not own Twilight or Harry Potter.

Bpov:

Everyone at Hogwarts is in a cheerful mood, even the teachers are in a happy mood. Me not so much, I still haven't asked anyone to the ball and I am still having trouble dancing. The Yule Ball is in two days.

"Bella," whispered Hermione, who was shaking my hand.

We are in the middle of Snape's study class.

"Yes! Sorry what did you ask," I asked.

"I asked if you had a date to the dance yet," she asked.

"No not yet," I mumbled.

"Neither do us," frowned Ron.

A piece of crumbled up paper hit Ron in the face. He looked at Fred.

"Who are you going with," whispered Ron.

Fred threw a piece of paper at Angelina Johnson.

"What," she snapped.

"Do you want to go to the ball with me," he asked using hand movements.

"Yeah," she smiled.

Fred winked at Ron.

"This is mad, at this rate we'll be the only ones without dates. Well us and Neville," complained Ron.

"Yeah, but then again...he could take himself," laughed Harry.

"It might interest you to know that Neville's already got someone," stated Hermione.

"That's great," I replied.

"What? Now I'm really depressed. Oi, Hermione... you're a girl," said Ron.

"Very well spotted," glared Hermione.

"Come with one of us! It's one thing for a bloke to show up alone, but for a girl it's just sad," said Ron.

He did not just say that.

"I won't be going alone, because believe it or not, someone's asked me! And I said yes," said Hermione angrily.

She handed Professor Snape her work and left the Great Hall.

"Nice going Ronald," I groaned.

"Bloody hell. She's lying, right," asked Ron.

"If you say so," replied Harry.

"Let's make a deal. We both have dates once we get back to the Common Room," said Ron who was talking to Harry.

"Deal," whispered Harry.

Snape pulled up his sleeves and pushed Harry and Ron's heads to the table.

I laughed.

Once the class was over I went looking for Hermione. She didn't tell me that she has a date! I demand details! I found Hermione in the library reading a book about Unicorns.

"Why didn't you tell me that you had a date to the ball," I asked her.

"I don't know," lied Hermione.

"Well? Who is it," I asked her.

"Viktor Krum," she mumbled.

"OMG," I yelled excitedly.

"Shh," shushed the Librarian.

"That's awesome," I whispered to her.

"Yeah. I guess. Now who do you want to go with," asked Hermione.

"Well, I want to ask Cedric," I whispered.

"Well why don't you," asked Hermione confused.

"I don't know," I replied.

"Didn't you guys go on a date last week," asked Hermione.

"Yeah," I replied.

In fact things with Cedric are going great.

"Then what's the problem," she asked me.

"I don't want to be the one to ask him," I replied.

"You're nervous," giggled Hermione.

"SHHH," complained the Librarian.

"You shouldn't be nervous. You guys are best friends," said Hermione.

I looked away.

"There's something you're not telling me," said Hermione.

"What is it," she demanded.

"Cedric and I are dating," I whispered.

"WHAT," shouted Hermione.

"You guys need to leave," snapped the Librarian.

Hermione and I left the library, where Hermione continued to freak out.

"Omg how could you not tell me," said Hermione.

"Does Harry k...," I cut her off.

"NO," I shouted.

"Ok ok," Hermione said.

I sighed.

"I've got to go," said Hermione.

"Ok well I see you later," I replied.

"Bye," said Hermione who rushed away.

Cpov:

The ball is in 2 days and I still don't know how I am going to ask Bella to the ball. I am now pacing up and down in an empty hall.

"CEDRIC," yelled a voice.

I turn to see Hermione Granger running towards me.

"Hermione is everything ok," I asked.

"Everything is fine or at least it will be. I know about you and Bella. You need to ask her to the dance," said Hermione who was clearly out of breath from running.

"I was already planning on asking her," I replied.

"Then why haven't you asked her yet," asked Hermione.

"Because I don't know how to ask her," I replied.

"I can help with that," smiled Hermione.

After hours of planning I finally know how to ask Bella.

"Are you sure about this," I asked Hermione.

"Positive! She is going to love it," replied Hermione.

Bpov:

I was walking to the Great Hall for dinner when I realized that there was no one in the hallway.

"That's weird. Am I late for dinner again," I whispered to myself.

I walked into the Great Hall and found it empty. I was about to turn around and leave when all of a sudden fireworks appeared in the Great Hall. The Great hall lite up showing every house, even Slytherin though they weren't doing anything. The twins were throwing more fireworks in the air.

Cedric walked on top of the Gryffindor table.

"ISABELLA POTTER! WILL YOU GO TO THE YULE BALL WITH ME," shouted Cedric.

Everyone went quiet and stared at me.

"Yes," I replied smiling.

Cedric walked forward, handed me a small bouquet of roses and kissed me.
