"Taraji what is this..." I heard and I snapped my head up. She was staring at me with her head tilted to the side.
"Babygirl...It's not what you think!" I attempted to calm her down.
"You're a liar! That's what I think" She yelled with tears rolling down her face.
I shook my head reaching out for her. "Baby no I didnt-" She snatched her hand away.
"Don't touch me! Don't talk to me! I can't believe I fell for your games. What's done in the dark must come to the light right?" She chuckled bitterly and started to walk out of my apartment.
