Massive well done to @Ak1raMan1ac for winning the art contest for the previous chapter in my discord server!
There's going to be another contest posted in there soon, with a shot at your art being at the top of next chapter!

If you want an invite, just send me a message and I'll get back asap. I give writing critique, art advice, and sneak peaks of my next chapters! (If you're in the server, comment on this and tell them how awesome I am, muahaha!)

Happy reading,
Taco <3

Ugh, ow.

God, your head hurt.

Right, last night.
Alejandro...

At least you slept well afterwards, really well actually.
You kept your eyes closed to enjoy the feeling of your subconscious...

Wow, it was warm.
Had the plane finally landed somewhere on the Equator?

Then you moved, shuffled a bit. And felt something pressing against you.

Someone, even, you could see him when your eyes finally opened.
Noah.

His arm was wrapped around you as he slouched into your side, the other part of you lent against one of the plane's internal beams for support to keep the two of you relatively upright.

You felt yourself blush.
Crap.

Maybe, you could... stay like this for a bit?
No one else was awake, nobody was going to see.

Part of you wanted to keep letting him sleep on you, but you didn't want him to feel uncomfortable when waking up.

Damn your need to preserve his ego.

You put in a conscious effort to not to wake him, but failed when you tried to peel him off you so you could stretch.

He grumbled when he moved, and tried to grab you again, before he properly opened his eyes and realised what he was doing.

You made quick eye contact, before he struggled to look away.

Noah quickly shot up and corrected his posture, patting himself down and facing the other way.

You could see his face turn red, it made yours worse.

"Nice rest, sleeping beauty?"
You chuckled at the flustered expression on his face as he turned to look around.

"Like you're any better."
Noah rolled his eyes, covering the bottom half of his face with his hand.

"I wasn't the one with an arm around my waist."
You leaned in to tease him, and it worked.

"Maybe if you put more effort into the last challenge, we'd be in first class. Then, I wouldn't have to sleep on you for comfort."
He huffed, but you knew that last part was a joke.

He turned back to look at you, confusion on his face.

"What?"
You asked,

"Your eyes look puffy, are you alright?"
He seemed nervous for you.

You forgot you cried last night.
"Maybe I just slept weird, I know you did. It'll probably go away."
Nice dodge, you sent him a smirk.

"Sure..."
Noah didn't seem convinced, but stopped asking.

It fell quiet between the two of you...

The door to the rest of the plane swung open, to reveal Alejandro on the other side.
He took a few steps into economy before speaking.
