“Hey Mal, should we go and see if the kids want to ice skate today?”
“Okay” she responds.
We both walk to the kitchen and I see all the kids with the staff sitting down for breakfast.
“Good morning” Mal and I smile as we each place a kiss on our kids’ heads.
“Morning Mom, morning dad,” They say together.
“Hey guys, what do you think about ice skating today?” Mal asks.
“Yay! Ice!” Bea yells.
Mason and Blake's faces light up, “Yes!”
“Okay” I smile, “What about you M?”
“Uh yeah sure” she grins.
“Great maybe Grandpa, Grandma and Pop Pop can come too”
“Ooooo” Bea grins with a mouthful of chocolate chip pancakes.
“Bea, you have chocolate all over” Mal and us laugh as she wipes the chocolate off her face.
Mal
So we just bought out the rink for the day so that we can skate. Mom, Dad, and my dad are all coming.
“Guys, are you ready?” I called up.
Suddenly Bea comes bounding down the stairs with her little leotard.
“Are you excited little lady?” Ben asks.
“Yes” she squeals clapping her hand together.
Then more footsteps are heard and M, Blake and Mason appear.
“Let's go”
We drive to the rink and get our skates on.
“You kiddos ready?” Dad asks.
“Yes!” They yelled.
Dad then pulls everyone onto the ice and we all start skating.
“I bet I can go faster than you,” Blake said to Ben.
“Nuh uh no chance bud”
“I bet I can go faster than both of you,” Mason said, coming on their right.
“Okay okay” Ben gives,” Everyone watch out”
So I go to stand with Mama Belle and M while the rest of us are behind them out of the way.
“Ready? Set? GO!” Papa Adam yells.
And off they went flying around. Ben caught the lead to fall back when Mason caught speed but Blak3, he totally took them both out.
“Oh!” He yelled when he got to the finish point.
M then creates a little medal out of smoke.
“Here you go”
“Thanks M” he says, hugging her.
“Yo let's get back to it” Dad booms.
Belle
Later we are back at the Cottage for some hot cocoa and marshmallows.
Laughter is heard in the room all the way from the kitchen.
“And remember when I just jumped into my cake,” Masons laughs.
“Yes, gods, we were washing your hair for what seemed like forever” Mal smiles.
“I remember when Bea fell asleep in the middle of the party and she face planted in her cake.” Ben adds.
We all laugh remembering the times.
“The press loved that,” Mason grinned.
“So what about you M?” Papa Adam asks.
“Yeah, any fond memories?” I wonder.
“Well… for my fourth birthday Gothel got me this paint set, and I remember that I painted everything. And I remember I even painted my dress a new color and … we had a laugh when she came home.”
Our moods kinda deflated because we all knew it wasn't like that.
“Guys why don't we ‐” M started but then he phone buzzed.
“Sorry” she said and looked at it.
She was in deep thought before looking up.
“Do we have any paint guns?”
Eva
“Eva we're breaking up.” Tommy said.
“Why?”
“I love someone else, and I've been seeing her for a while now”
“You've…been cheat-ing o-n me?” I cried voice breaking and my makeup running
“I'm sorry-”
“How could you!” I yell, not caring that anyone is hearing.
“Please-” he said reaching out
“Don't touch me”
"Look don't make this any harder okay” and with that he walks off
“Eva?”
I quickly turn around knowing who that is.
“Mom, Una I'm fine.”
“You don't look fine honey. Please look at me”
I meet her eyes and see how sad they are for me.
“ Honey anyone who says that is better off without you, okay? You are too good for him, and one day you'll find someone who loves you just like Mommy and Daddy okay” Mom gently whispers.
We hug for a while and she reassures me. Once we break away I see Una standing there.
“M has something planned if you're up for it”
I nod as my mom pulls me for one last hug,
“Will you be okay? I can come with you, you know Mom and Dad are only a phone call away right?”
“Yeah I know and thank you, but I'll be okay”
“Okay” Mom says and kisses my head to walk off.
“So what's this plan?”

“We're here to show you how to play our version of capture the flag. There are 2 teams.
