The order of our food was given and now we were waiting for it to arrive. Not being a phone addict, I looked around the restaurant and my eyes fell on a girl.

I couldn't see her face clearly as her silky strands of hair were blocking the view. She looked damn good in that white outfit. She turned towards me and I realised what I was doing.

No, no, no, I did not do that. That wasn't me. I wasn't looking at any girl. I looked away and mentally slapped myself. Tera career hai, uspe focus kar, usse zyada acha koi nhi dikhta hai samjha.
(You have a career, focus on it, nothing is more good looking than that)

I gulped, she reminds me of her. Shaking of the thoughts I tried to get myself busy by talking to Sahil and Aditya.

Why is she here? The most unwanted person, Shanaya Aggarwal. Always been that pick me girl since highschool.

The girl who stole my crush. Uh, I so wanted to slap her for what she did back then.

Except Dhruv, me and Aarohi always disliked her. She was close with Dhruv, not to mention, for his money.

No girl in our school liked her, even the boys maintained their distance with her. But never did she give up on hiting on every other guy.

"Hi everyone." The pitch voice irritated me so much and followed by her fake smile.

"Have a seat naya." Oh how could I forget the nickname our friend gave her. He said that while sliding out the chair for her to sit.

"Thank you bear."

Nothing in my life, not even those so called lovers made me feel this cringey.

The face me and Aarohi could clearly tell we didn't want her here.

"What would you like to eat?" Dhruv asked and Aarohi made an 'are you serious' look.

I scoffed and was about to say something but Aarohi spoke.

"Tere paas paise kaha se aa gaye? Thodi der phele divide karne ki baat hui thi tab toh paise nahi the."
(How do you have money? Few minutes before we were talking about dividing but you didn't have money)
