𝐁𝐋𝐀𝐈𝐑 𝐀𝐍𝐃 𝐓𝐇𝐄𝐎𝐃𝐎𝐑𝐄 𝐇𝐀𝐃 𝐒𝐏𝐄𝐍𝐓 𝐌𝐎𝐒𝐓 of the week scheming and planning. Theo was determined to help Blair figure out the secrets the school was hiding. As much help as he had been to the blonde so far, he still had holes in his memory due to the drugging that he had endured before his 'death'.

Blair sighed, tucking a piece of hair behind her ear as she looked through all the papers in Theo's room. He sat in front of her, watching.

"You know, help would be appreciated." She mumbled, organising the paper into folders and piles. He threw her a lopsided grin and leaned against the wall.

"Now where's the fun in that? I can just watch you do it all for me." He put his hands behind his head and closed his eyes. She scoffed but carried on with her work. After 5 minutes of shuffling things about and throwing stuff in files, Blair had given up and rested her head in her hands.

"Why me?" She asked, not directing the question as she said it. Theo looked at her with furrowed brows.

"What do you mean?" He asked.

"Well, I was brought in for a reason right? The school hardly gets new pupils." Blair looked up out the small window, watching students play tennis in the grounds below.

"I haven't figured that one out yet." He said with a tired sigh. When she looked at him, he was looking out the window. Blair took some time to study him, he was so similar to his brother, but so different. Theo's features were softer, his hair longer.

"Take a picture, it'll last longer." He smirked, slowly moving his eyes to the girl who just scoffed and looked at the floor. She could feel his eyes on her but didn't want to look up and risk the embarrassment.

"I've been talking to Clara a lot recently." Blair mentioned, changing the conversation back to serious matters.

"You need to be careful with who you trust B." His voice was tight and he was staring at her so intently that Blair thought her cheeks were on fire. What was wrong with her?

"I know, I know. But Clara seems to be on our side, not sure about the rest of the girls in my dorm though, they're all a bit nervous around me."

"Bad actors." He was smiling again. Blair tore her eyes away from him, getting off the mattress to clean up the mess on the floor. She carefully put the folders into an empty drawer, looking at herself in the mirror.

The circles under her eyes were so dark that even concealer wasn't making a difference. Her hair that once had volume had flattened out and gone straight, her appearance had taken a turn for the worst. The bell rang, making her jump slightly.

"I won't let them take control of me." She whispered, mainly to herself in the mirror. Theo came up behind her and put his hands on her shoulders, gently turning her around to face him.

"You're strong and smarter than all these idiots." He stated, staring into her eyes, making Blair feel a bit too intimate. "We need to find out what they're hiding and destroy this place together. I promise you B, they will get what's coming to them."

She nodded, rubbing her eyes as he dropped his hands and sat on the mattress behind him. Blair grabbed her bag, hearing the last of the kids clearing out in the halls.

"I'll see you later." She smiled, checking around in case she forgot something. Theo nodded and gave her a half smile as she left.

If Blair knew one thing, it was that all of this research and investigation was draining her and if she wanted to put on an act, she would definitely have to up her game.

After her lessons ended, it was finally the weekend. This meant that Blair would have time to head into the town and shop before she freshened herself up a little. Of course, Clara offered (demanded) to help, seeing this as a makeover that she said was very much needed.

On Saturday morning, the girls had taken the earliest bus into town, trying to avoid the rush of students that normally went later in the day. Blair assumed that this was because Clara wouldn't be caught dead with her but the dark haired girl explained that the others would just be suspicious of their new friendship. Clara also said that she had a reputation to uphold, but Blair had ignored her.

The two girls found themselves at an H&M in the town centre, browsing through the autumn range.

"How about this?" Clara asked, holding a V-neck blue jumper up, the same colour as their school ties.

"Pass it over, I'll put it in the basket." She said and Clara passed it over. The girls were settled into a comfortable silence for a bit until Blair broke it.

"Clara, you know Theo's alive right?" The girl lowered her voice slightly, looking around twice just in case.

Clara stopped what she was doing, pausing. She looked deep in thought, like she was processing.

"I didn't, but I had a feeling. Freya was far too strange about his 'medical condition' and her lies started to not add up." The dark haired girl returned to her nonchalant state, looking through clothes again. Blair wondered how she did it, not letting her emotions get the best of her; it must take insane control.

After their shopping trip, they stopped to grab a drink at a cafe. It was still fairly early and the girls had tired out already. Blair was talking over the information that she had gathered from Theo with Clara, asking if their stories match up. Clara nodded, being unusually quiet.

"Right, you've been acting weird this whole morning. What's wrong?" Blair asked, putting her mug down.

"That's none of your business." The girl snapped, looking out the window. Blair rolled her eyes and waited for Clara to give in. "Fine. If you must know, Noah and I had a fight." She continued to stare out the window.

"Oh, well do you want to talk about it?"

Clara gave her a look and Blair put their empty mugs on the tray, moving on from the conversation.

When they got back to the school, they went their separate ways. Clara went to talk to Noah and Blair headed back to the dorms to put her shopping away. As she walked past the canteen, she saw a figure jump up and head towards her quickly.

"Blair!" Harry called, panting slightly when he reached her. He stopped for a minute, putting his hands on his knees.

"You have 0 stamina." Blair chuckled, watching him.

"Trust me, I know." He smiled. "Anyway, I need to talk to you." He stood up taller.

"Sure." She shrugged.

"Why are you hanging around Gordon-Sinclair?" He asked, frowning.

"Oh, erm, I guess she's just been really nice to me lately so we've become friends."

"Okay well just be careful." Harry said, looking around the hallways before locking eyes with Blair again.

"Why are you acting so weird?" The blonde crossed her arms, narrowing her eyes at the boy.

"I'm not." He said, obviously trying to gaslight her into forgetting how much she already knows.

"Okay." Blair shrugged, turning around. Before she could take a step, Harry grabbed her upper arm roughly, spinning her around. He gave no explanation, just stood still staring at her.

"Ouch, Harry, stop. That hurts." She squirmed, trying to get out of his hold. She yanked her arm back, stumbling slightly.

"Sorry." Harry's voice was rough, almost as if he was waking up from something. He stepped back and sent her an apologetic look. The girl turned and quickly walked back to the dorm. Every day brought her closer to the truth, but now, she felt as though she was losing time. Now it seemed as though she needed to watch Harry, he was being the most suspicious of them all.
