I don't think there is much to discuss both are so very different and yet at the same time so very alike. But I will say Rosabella Beauty's and Daring Charming's are an original retelling of this story in Ever After High with the moral of not being to self centered and self absorbed. So this story nor Briar Beauty's story, nor Ashlynn's Ella's story's are really close to the actual stories of the Disney Princess Stories or the original fairytales.
The only differences are besides the drastic background contrasts in between the story.
The magician is a rude magical person who for no reason curses the beast in the original story.
In Disney the Enchantress has a reason though for her own curse upon the Prince instantly.
And the other difference is Gaston. Also probably notice the script Gaston does use words and phrases on occasion like Pardon me! Excuse me. Please, let me through." so he's not a complete jerk in the Disney film either according to the written transcript. And the script never confirms whether or not he actually dies from his fall. Nor does he actually say anything before actually missing his shot at the castle wall.
The end of restoring the Beast though with Belle and Beauty in their respective stories is the exact same process in tears' and proclaiming their love right before him.
