Dust Y/n: Unlikely. Those things can be hit with a nuke and they'll still be walking around. Though that depends on the Terrorcons themselves. Take a reanimated Predacon for instance. Not your typical Beast Wars era ones but the extinct draconic ones from Cybertron's prehistoric days. They are like hornets but made out of alien metal and a bajillion times more aggressive.
