DNA

Tom was sitting on the couch cupping his mouth in his hand looking at the floor

"You don't know what it's like" I whispered breaking the silence
"Know what lexi it's not the babies fault" He snapped at me
"Fuck you tom you wernt fucking raped and forced to do shit you didn't like" I glared at him now in tears

He didn't say anything

"No I don't know what it's like but move on from that" He replied looking up at me now

I swallowed the lump in my throat

"Get out" I said looking down at my hands that I could barely see through my tears
"What?" He said lowly
"Tom get out" I said again
"I'm so sick of your shit" He raised his voice getting up and leaving the room quickly

I laid back again looking at the ceiling wiping my tears
He didn't get it

I felt disgusted
I heard a knock thinking it was tom

"Just leave me alone" I say a bit loud

The door opened and I seen bill

He walked in with a huge teddy bear and some flowers

"Aw babe" He seen me crying and sat the stuff down rushing over to me hugging me tightly
"Did everything go okay? where's tom?" He asked brushing my hair behind my ear
"I told him to leave" I shrugged off
"What happened" His voice sounded concerned
"He just don't understand" My voice cracked again

Bill knew what I was talking about

"I'm here for whatever you decide to do and I'm sure tom is to it just has to get through his head first" Bill softly replied
"Can I tell you something" I whisper looking up at bill
"Anything" He replied looking at me
"Sometimes when tom touches me or he yells at
me I feel like i'm where I was before" I choked up holding in my cries

Bill looked really concerned but didn't say anything and just pulled me into his chest

"You poor thing" He whispered as I wrapped my
arms around him
"I don't wanna feel like this though" I let out into his chest
"Tom would never hurt you lexi" He softly said
"He already has" I sniffle
"What do you mean?" He pulled back to look at me
"He was throwing me around and being really rough on me before I got kidnapped" I said with no emotion

His jaw just dropped in shock

"I'm so sorry" He quickly said
"No it's okay i'm past that it's just he's so upset over this baby and My body was put through so much to get this way" I say
"I understand maybe just try to get it though his thick skull lexi" he put his hand on my leg then got up
"I'm gonna go find tom for you" He said before leaving

Bill was the glue to everything
Something broke
He fixed it

A couple minutes later the doctor came in
"Lexi?" They asked
"Hm?" I looked up
"Did you want the dna test?" They asked
